Abstract

The packaging is constituted by a peripheral band (1) acting as side walls (2, 3, 8a, 8b) with a height corresponding to the thickness of the packaged product. A bottom (30) extends from the band lower edge and a cover (11) extends from its upper edge. The cover is connected to the rest of the packaging by a folding line (13) which forms a hinge. The cover can be locked closed by a tab (16) which engages in a notch (18) in the band. The bottom is fixed to one of the band side walls (3) by a folding line (31) and connected to the other wall (2) by a fixing tab (12). This fixing tab comprises two flaps, the first extending from the side wall (2) and the second extending the first flap and separated from it by a folding line. The second flap is glued to the bottom.

La présente invention concerne le domaine général de l'emballage ; elle concerne plus particulièrement un emballage en carton ou matière similaire pour le conditionnement de fromages, notamment, type pointes de brie par exemple. 5.- Packaging according to claim 4, characterized in that it comprises a fastening tab (12) in two parts, the first part (24) extending from the side wall (2) of the peripheral belt ( 1) and the second flap (25) extending in the extension of the first, separated from the latter by a fold line (26) disposed in the median plane of the package, said second flap (25) being secured by gluing with the bottom element (30) and said central fold line (26) cooperating with the fold lines (4, 6 and 7) which connect the side walls (2, 3, 8a-8b) of the peripheral belt ( 1) and with one, or even two, complementary fold line (s) (9) arranged on said belt (1), in line with said median fold line (26), to obtain packaging folded and glued, capable of being deployed or laid flat.

7.- Packaging according to any one of claims 5 or 6, characterized in that the securing tab (12) is disposed under the bottom element (30), the outer face of the second flap (25) being secured by bonding with the external face of said bottom element (30).

8.- Package according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that it comprises a peripheral belt (1) with three sides defining two longitudinal walls (2, 3) and an end wall (8a-8b ), said belt (1) being associated with a cover element (11) and a bottom element (30), of generally triangular, trapezoidal or circular sector shape, for the packaging of products or portions of products (34) triangular or substantially triangular.
