Abstract

The structure of the tray is reinforced by two side walls (4), a rear wall (5) and front wall (6). It has a row of cells (2) which are located one behind the other like the steps of a staircase to accommodate the food. The depth of the first and lowermost step corresponds in the main to the dimension of the food slice, and the following steps have a smaller depth. The food slices lie partially upon one another and have a free end one after the other. The front wall has a different height than the rear wall.
