Abstract

The circuit has a base, a section for returning the water and a separator. The base has a grating cover (2) with slits (17) with seven openings (16). It has retractable, floating mini-gratings (3) with slits (21) which fit in the openings (16). The section for returning the water has a swivelling ball (5) with a cylindrical head (23) which has several pre-cut openings (24-27) which can be opened as required. The separator has two openings (30) for a high volume connection. The separator can be turned into a pre-filter by using a cover (50) and a plate (52). It has a platform for products and accessories, including two circular spaces with see-through walls (39) which hold blocks of chlorine.

Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention is a "set of parts to be sealed for swimming pools", installed on a water circulation in a closed circuit.

The invention comprises 3 elements:
P1 2/7: A BACK PIECE, consisting of:
- A container (
- A cover grid (2)
- Floating mini grids (3)
Pi 3/7: A DELIVERY PIECE. made up of
- A threaded base (4)
- A distribution ball (5)
- A tightening nut 5)
P1 4.5.6 / 7: A SKIMMER (Surface suction). made of:

- A product holder tray with its accessories (11)
PRIOR TECHNIQUES
The existing bottom pieces have a uniformly flat grid, with large orifices, allowing gios detritus to pass through, easily clogging up, and overloading the work of the prefilter.

 The existing delivery parts, have an adjustable ring, but only project a coarse salt towards the front, more than a meter, allowing, no lateral piojections, t leaving the floating detritus, stagnating in the rear . The water, nearby and behind, therefore remains motionless, and the dirt is piled up there.

 Existing skimmers have very noisy non-return flaps when the engine is stopped. Their basket is of small volume, and its large orifices allow part of the detritus to pass, thereby overloading the prefilter. The basket does not have an adequate shape to receive the chlorine blocks which block it, and block the passage of water.

 The existing skimmer is as a whole, very deep, and impractical to handle for cleaning.

SOLUTIONS PROVIDED BY THE INVENTION
The present invention overcomes all these drawbacks:
The NEW BACK PIECE has a grid with narrow slits, capable of stopping litter. This grid is crossed by several floating mini-grids, preventing the detritus from sticking to the main grid, and allowing suction, even in the case where the main grid becomes blocked.

 The NEW directional DELIVERY PLECE, is in the shape of a ball, with a cylindrical head, pierced with several openings, steerable, allowing to sweep the entire surface of the water forward, but also back and on the sides ( together, or separately, as needed) Trash will therefore not stagnate on the water aft and near the discharge jet.

The NEW SKIMMER has a silent flap, since it is underwater, and inside the basket. The basket is three or four times larger than the existing baskets, and it is pierced with small opening slots, effectively filtering the trash. This basket is covered with a product holder cover, allowing the blocks of treatment products to be placed outside the basket, so as not to clutter it
The suction port located in the cover, and on which the non-return flap is located, can receive an accessory for the connection of the hose of a vacuum cleaner, without the need to remove the basket . Advantage: In this case, the basket can therefore serve as a prefilter, thus avoiding loading the prefilter with the filter, and also avoiding multiple interventions in the technical room.

 THE ENTIRE SET OF NEW SEALING PARTS therefore allows greater efficiency, a significant saving of time, and greater ease of maintenance.

DESCRIPTION OF THE F> IECE DE FOND
Following the drawings on the board: P1 2/7. The bottom part consists of
A cylindrical container (i) having 2 outlets: one lateral (12) and the other vertical (13) (pre-cut and pierced if necessary. It has on the upper circumference, a shoulder (14) to support the cover grid (2) Two lugs (15) are arranged on either side on the shoulder for fixing the cover grid.

VARIANT (Fig 9): The base (4) can be replaced by a piece
similar (2S), threaded outside at the base, and tapped towards
the interior at the top, serving as connection for the vacuum cleaner. It can be plugged with a threaded plug (29) when not in use.

DESCRIPTION OF THE NEW SKIMMER
According to the drawings of the boards: Pi 4/7 5/7 6/7 and 7/7. A skimmer is made up of
A cylindrical container (7). It is pierced at its base with 2 outlet openings (30). On each side, and on each side of each, two pins (31) to fix, if necessary, a plug
(32).

 At about two-thirds of its height, the cylinder widens to form an inner shoulder (33). Two fixing lugs (34), on each side, at the edge of the shoulder (33). The skimmer is pierced in its upper part, with a rectangular window (35), facing, and advancing towards the interior of the swimming pool basin.

On the shoulder (33), and in the pins (34), are fitted:

 - A product holder tray (11). It has on the top, two circular locations (38), surrounded by an openwork partition (39) Fig 12 and 13, to deposit the chlorine blocks. On the sides, and on both sides, two small holes (Ad), corresponding to the lugs (34), for fixing to the container (7).

 The tray is pierced with a large oval orifice (41), under which is articulated a movable non-return cover (42) Fig 14.

this, thanks to a lug (43) entering the slot (44) of the cover. This is to prevent litter from returning to the pool when the circulation pump is stopped.

He comes to rely on the lugs (31) which surround the outlets (30). This plug can also be swivel, for a more precise adjustment of the flow rate.

- Remove the extension ring (8).

 - Remove the cover (9).

They must be replaced by:
- A cover (50), which is fixed on the shoulder of the skimmer by bolts (if). In this case, the window (35) will be blocked by a plate (52) (glued or screwed). This plate is pierced with two large circular holes (53), surmounted by two end pieces (45 / 50mm), on which the connection pipes will be fitted. Another small hole (54), surmounted by a nozzle (25 / 32mm). These orifices can be opened, or clogged, as required (water supply, products, pump, etc.)
