Abstract

The module for obtaining different height and shaped staircase steps comprises two cylinders (1,2) of the same diameter which are joined by two parallel pieces (3) welded to the cylinders. One cylinder (2) contains a cylindrical sleeve (4), of smaller diameter, having a horizontal opening (6) on its outside. The other cylinder (1) has a vertical opening (5) on the side of the module thus formed. When the cylindrical sleeve of one module is fitted in the cylinder (1) of another module the openings are superposed in a cross allowing passage of a bolt. This enables adjusting the height and gyration of the modules. The bolt passes through a U shaped back plate pinned against the exterior wall of the cylinder and clamps an oval shaped back plate with a nut positioned against the interior wall of the cylindrical sleeve.

Lorsque le cylindre (4) d'un module est emboité dans le cylindre (l) d'un autre module selon FIG.8 et FIG.9 les ouvertures (5) et (6) concordent en forme de croix et un boulonnage au travers de ces ouvertures permet de solidariser les deux modules.
