Abstract

Procédé de réalisation de cartes ou carnets illustrés comportant au moins une zone susceptible de dégager une odeur, un parfum ou un arôme par frottement, notamment par grattage. On charge un réservoir d'une machine d'imprimerie ou de sérigraphie d'un produit de même viscosité que les encres d'imprimerie, renfermant des microcapsules de produit odorant et on réalise, après l'impression proprement dite de ladite carte ou dudit carnet, l'impression, à l'aide dudit produit, d'au moins une dite zone.

Description

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de réalisation de cartes ou carnets comportant au moins une zone susceptible de dégager une odeur, un parfum ou un arôme par frottement, notamment par grattage. Elle a également pour objet les cartes ou carnets obtenus selon ce procédé.
On sait que les cartes postales de couleur sont généralement réalisées en imprimerie selon un procédé d'impression quadrichromique classique, par passages successifs encres de couleurs différentes
La présente invention a pour but de proposer des cartes ou carnets illustrés de diverses manières, présentant au moins une zone susceptible de dégager une odeur, un parfum ou un arôme par frottement, notamment par grattage.
Le procédé selon i invention permet de réaliser ces cartes ou carnets dans une machine d'imprimerie ou de sérigraphie, sans transformation de la machine, grâce à un passage supplémentaire d'un produit de même viscosité que les encres d'imprimerie, renfermant des microcapsuies d'au moins un produit odorant.
Les microcapsuies mises en oeuvre dans ie procédé selon l'invention sont des microcapsules d'un polymère approprié, compatible avec ie produit odorant à encapsuler, ce polymère pouvant être notamment un collagène hydrolysé.
Le produit odorant contenu dans les microcapsules peut être tout parfum, arome ou odeur à base de produit naturei ou de synthèse, et notamment une huile essentielle.
Les microcapsules de produit odorant sont réalisées selon une technique connue en soi, à partir du polymère et du produit odorant cnoisis.
Les microcapsules renfermant le produit odorant sont mises en suspension dans une solution d'un conservateur qui peut être tout conservateur connu en soi, dans des proportions permettant a la suspension obtenue de présenter ia même viscosité que les encres d!imprimerie.
Le procédé de réalisation de cartes ou carnets selon l'invenllon consiste à cnarger ia suspension de microcapsules dans un réservoir d'une machine d'imprimerie ou de sérigrapnie de type ciassique, et à effectuer l'impression, sur une carte ou un carnet, d'une ou plusieurs zones susceptibies de dégager une odeur par frottement, cette impression étant réalisée après l'impression proprement dite de ia carte ou du carnet.
Au grattage de la ou des zones ainsi imprimées sur la carte ou le carnet un certain nombre des microcapsules sont écrasées et libèrent le produit odorant qu elles renferment.

Claims (3)

  1. RE'v'EN-DICATIONS
    1) Procédé de réalisation de cartes ou carnets illustrés comportant au moins une zone susceptible de dégager une odeur, un parfum ou un arôme par frottement, notamment par grattage, caractérisé en ce que i'on charge un réservoir d'une machine d'imprimerie ou de sérigraphie d'un produit de même viscosité que les encres d'imprimerie, renfermant des microcapsules de produit odorant et que l'on réalise, après l'impression proprement dite de ladite carte ou dudit carnet, l'impression a l'aide dudit produit, d'au moins une dite zone.
  2. 2) Procédé seion la revendication i, caractérisé en ce que ie produit mis en oeuvre est une suspension, dans une solution d'un conservateur, de microcapsules renfermant un produit odorant.
  3. 3) Procédé selon ia revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ie produit odorant est un parfum, un arôme ou une odeur à base de produit naturel ou ae synthèse.
