Abstract

A pipe (2) is connected to the body of an apparatus (3) by a connector comprising a ferrule (4) fixed to the pipe. The ferrule has a conical thread (4b) which is screwed into a hole (8) in the apparatus body which has a complementary conical tapping (8a). The ferrule has, between its conical thread and the pipe connecting zone, a smooth cylindrical section (4c) of diameter equal to the largest diameter of the conical thread. It also has a threaded cylindrical segment (4d) of diameter greater than that of the smooth segment on which is screwed a nut (9). The nut has a shoulder (9a) whose bore (9'a) has a diameter equal to that of the smooth segment. A sealing joint (13) is compressed between a support surface on the apparatus body and the front face (9') of the nut. A second joint (11) is compressed between the nut internal shoulder and the ferrule smooth segment.

Dispositif de raccordement étanche d'une canalisation (2) à un corps d'appareil (3), du type comprenant un embout (4) solidaire de la canalisation (2) et pourvu d'un filetage conique (4b) destiné à être visse dans un orifice (8) du corps d'appareil (3) pourvu d'un taraudage conique (8a) complementaire, caractérise en ce que l'embout (4) présente, entre son filetage conique (4b) et la zone de raccordement de la canalisation (2), et en partant du premier en direction de la seconde, d'une part, un segment cylindrique lisse (4c), d'un diamètre sensiblement égal au grand diamètre du filetage conique (4b), et, d'autre part, un segment cylindrique filete (4d) d'un diamètre supérieur à celui du segment lisse (4c) et sur lequel est vissé un ecrou (9) qui présente, au droit du segment lisse (4c) de l'embout (4), un épaulement (9a) dont l'alésage (9'a) présente un diamètre sensiblement égal à celui du segment lisse (4c) ; un premier joint d'étanchéité (13) étant comprimé entre un plan d'appui que présente le corps de l'appareil (3) recevant ce dispositif et la face frontale (9') de l'écrou (9), tandis qu'un deuxième joint d'étanchéité (11) est comprimé entre l'épaulement interne (9a) de l'écrou (9) et le segment lisse (4c) de l'embout (4). 1.
