Abstract

The sole of the boot (1) has a holes (3) in it, near the front and back. These have inserts (2) in them and in the thickness of the sole. The roller skate has a mobile part (7) which moves vertically and has corresponding hooks (4) which engage in the holes. The skate has a plate (5) to which the wheels (6) are fixed and the mobile part moves on this. A knurled wheel (8) with a screw (9), under the plate, is turned to move the mobile part.

Description

 The present invention relates to a walking shoe on which quickly attaches to the sole in a removable manner and without having to take off, a sports apparatus, preferably a skating accessory.

 The removable fastener already exists in the form of a tightening strap strapped to the top of the shoe, but this solution is limited to children's toys or beginners. It causes the foot to be crushed and does not provide good support for the shoe on its skate.

 Other systems use reinforcements at the front and rear ends of the shoe which serve as a support in mobile mechanical springs. In this case, the shoes have rigid soles and practically prohibit walking.

 There are also soles having a groove or a groove which serves as a guide for skating devices. Maintaining the shoe without play and without deformation of the shoe on its shoe requires a sole made of a material of a hardness equivalent to the material used for the skating support. Fixing or locking means are then necessary to immobilize the skating apparatus without play on the shoe, and these are essentially usable with a rigid sole, therefore unsuitable for normal walking.

 In addition the wear of the sole caused by walking is not compensable and jeopardizes the assembly or creates a harmful play.

 The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks by creating an assembly by tightening the shoe on its skating support.

 This principle allows wear to be compensated by adjusting the tightening and authorizes the use of a flexible sole well suited to walking.

 The underside of the sole of the shoe has holes on the front and rear of the foot which give access to attachment points located in the thickness of the sole.

 The plate is rigid and serves as a support for the sole, and also supports skating accessories. It further comprises a movable part provided with projections which engage during mounting in the orifices provided in the sole. The movement of the mobile part is controlled by a tightening system which assembles the shoe on the plate.

 This assembly is automatically locked due to the crushing of the sole. Disassembly is carried out by reverse actions.

 With reference to these drawings, the shoe consists of a flexible sole (1) in which two rigid inserts (2) are molded. These inserts (2) are located in front of and behind the sole (1) and are used, through holes (3), for hooking the projections (4).

 The plate (5) serves as a support for the sole (1) on its upper part and supports in its lower part the skating elements (6). The plate (5) receives a vertically movable element (7) on which the projections (4) are integrated; the latter is provided with a tightening wheel (8) which causes the movable element (7) to move vertically downwards and makes it possible to support the sole (1) with the plate (5) with the inserts (2) and projections (4). The thumbwheel (8) comprises a screw (9) into which the movable element (7) is screwed.

The mounting of the shoe on the shoe is done in 3 steps
- positioning of the projections (4) in the orifices (3) of the sole (1),
- bearing of the projections (4) on the inserts (2) by a movement
horizontal of the plate (5) towards the front of the foot,
- tightening of the plate (5) on the sole (1) with the thumb wheel (8).

 Disassembly is carried out by repeating the 3 steps in reverse order.

According to particular embodiments
- the projections (4) may be four in number arranged two by two
transversely to the shoe to allow better support

 - The embodiments presented above can vary without departing from the scope of the invention.

 The shoe therefore requires a specific sole to allow this removable fastening. Apart from the holes (3) located under the sole, the shoe has no apparent particularity. However, it must maintain enough of the ankle to allow safe skating.

 For this purpose and depending on the level of practice, the shoe, of the basketball type at least, may include a lacing or strapping above the ankle.

 The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the use of roller skates as a leisure sport or means of movement.

Claims (9)

 1) Walking shoe for quickly fixing to the sole and in a removable manner without having to take off your shoes, a sports apparatus, in particular a skating apparatus, characterized in that, on the one hand, the shoe comprises a sole (l) the underside of which has holes (3) on the front and rear which give access to attachment points produced by inserts (2) located in the thickness of the sole; and in that, on the other hand, the accessory serving as a support for the sole (1), comprises a movable part (7) provided with projections (4) which engage during mounting in the orifices (3) provided in the sole, and a manual tightening system (8) integral with the plate (5) which controls the vertical downward movement of the movable part (7) assembling the shoe on the plate.  2) Walking shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the sole (1) has two inserts (2) located on the front and on the rear of the foot.  3) Walking shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the orifices (3) for access to the inserts (2) are located under the sole.  4) Walking shoe according to claim 2, characterized in that each insert (2) extends in the transverse direction of the sole (1) over a large width.  5) Walking shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the projections (4) of the movable part (7) of the plate serve as hooks and come to bear on the inserts (2) of the sole (1).  6) Walking shoe according to claims 1 and 5, characterized in that the projections (4) are integral and movable relative to the plate (5) constituting the body of the sports apparatus.  7) Walking shoe according to claims 1 and 5, characterized in that the projections (4) are four in number arranged two by two in the transverse direction of the sole (1), which then has four holes.  8) Walking shoe for quickly fixing to the sole and in a removable manner without having to take off your shoes, a sports apparatus, in particular a skating apparatus, characterized in that, on the one hand, the shoe comprises a sole (l) having a longitudinal groove (10) opening onto the rear of the sole (1), and inserts (2) located on the front and rear in the thickness of the sole (1), and in that d on the other hand, the accessory serving as a support for the sole (1) comprises a movable part (7) having a single central projection in the shape of a T in its transverse section which extends over almost the entire length of the sole (1), and a manual tightening system (8) integral with the plate (5) which controls the vertical downward movement of the movable part (7) assembling the shoe on the plate.  9) Walking shoe according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that in the case of roller skating, the sports apparatus comprises only two wheels (6), between which is then the clamping system manual (8).
