- Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the two lateral raised shapes (11, 12) have a generally ovoid shape, centered in one point, whose top (11a and 12a) is directed toward the central hollow space (10) so as to be ergonomically adapted to the bending fold of the instep.

- Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the padding element (6) is obtained by molding at least one foam piece enveloped in a flexible envelope.
- Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the affixing of the padding element (6) on the support element (5) of the strap (3) is obtained by a stitch.
- Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the affixing of the padding element (6) on the support element (5) of the strap (3) is obtained by riveting.
- Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the affixing of the padding element (6) on the support element of the strap (3) is obtained by gluing.
- Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the affixing of the padding element (6) on the support element of the strap (3) is obtained by high frequency welding.
- Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the padding element (6) is obtained by duplicate molding achieved directly on the support element (5) of the strap (3).
- Device according to any one of claims 4-10, characterized in that the support element (5) is inserted between two serrated strap portions (30, 31) to constitute a third central element thereof, whose ends (5a, 5b) are connected to the free ends of said two serrated portions (30, 31) by means of two distinct locking means (8, 9) affixed to said ends (5a, 5b).
- Device according to any one of claims 4-10, characterized in that the support element (5) is inserted between two strap portions, one (33) of which includes a series of holes (330) oriented in the direction of the length of said strap portion, and the support element (5) including, at its end (5a), a collared hole (500) between two pins (501), (502) forming means that engage in the holes (330) of the strap portion, a removable affixing means passing through the hole (500) and one of those (300) of the strap portion, thus obtaining the linking of the strap portion with the element (5).
- Device according to claim 11 or 12, characterized in that the support element (5) constituting the central portion of the strap (3) is asymmetrical with respect to the longitudinal median axis so as to make it reversible and in that each of its longitudinal sides offers a relative rigidity and flexibility to constitute different supports selected by the user.
- Device according to claim 13, characterized in that the asymmetrical padded reinforcement (5) comprises a longitudinal concave side (5c) constituting the flexible support and an opposite longitudinal convex side (5d) constituting the rigid support.
