Abstract

Packaging complex for the preparation of orders. The invention is the development of a packaging comprising a cardboard in which various elements are integrated, allowing its use without any other ancillary means of wedging, closing and inviolability. It consists of a box delivered flat (fig 1) with pre-cut handles (7), provided with a link (1) allowing automatic opening. It incorporates a heat-shrinkable plastic bag (3) for wedging. The lower and upper flaps are pre-glued (6) with an adhesive that reacts to the desired temperature for its closure and inviolability. This packaging complex is intended for all persons or companies confronted with the requirements and constraints of order preparation.

Description

- 1- The present invention relates to an integral packaging complex

  and almost autonomous for the preparation of orders.

  Today an order preparation is traditionally carried out using several boxes of several formats, allowing to optimize the filling rate of the box, in

  depending on the quantity of products requested by the customer.

  Note that despite everything, the often random filling rate of the cardboard prejudices the quality of the product (s), as for its freedom of movement inside the packaging, if there is

  is not an additional supply of cushioning material.

  After filling during the passage in the order preparation area, the cardboard is sent to an automatic closing device by applying an adhesive, on the lower flaps

and higher of the packaging.

  Next comes the strapping by an automatic strapping device, with thermal welding of a strip positioned horizontally or vertically, this allowing

  to guarantee the inviolability of the packaging.

  In the current process, the cardboard is taken up by several different handling systems, firstly for stalling the product (s), then for closing it and finally for it.

  The complete and almost autonomous packaging complex according to the invention overcomes all these drawbacks, since

  has the means of wedging, bonding and inviolability.

  The design of this packaging was based on economic and functional criteria. It allows continuous operation with a minimum of heavy and expensive infrastructure,

  and all direct and indirect costs related to it.

  The packaging complex according to the invention includes:

  - a box with an integrated opening.

  - a pocket in heat-shrinkable plastic.

  - a temperature-controlled glue applied to the flaps

  lower and upper of the carton.

  Figure 1 shows the package folded flat front.

  / ... -2- The quality cardboard, of type, of different format according to the needs, is folded flat at fifty percent in its longest sides or two opposite sides if the cardboard has a square base (fig 1 ). This makes it easier to form the cardboard and to facilitate the juxtaposition of the lower flaps, which are driven by the bottom of the pocket during the shaping of the packaging. It is also possible to find a single, standard format for the same order preparation unit. A link is glued horizontally on the side faces 1 inside the carton (1), with a precut thereof in the center of one of the faces. This allows you to grab the outside of the packaging (2) and pull this link to open the box by simple cission. The material composing this link can vary according to the needs of the user. It is no longer necessary

  use a sharp object to open the box.

  The cardboard thus formed, incorporates in its hand a pocket (3). It is made of heat-shrinkable plastic, is glued on the four lower flaps (4) and held by a light gluing on the upper flaps (5) of the cardboard, the bonding zones of the pocket indicated on the drawing are likely to be subjected to very slight adaptations. Therefore the opening of the pocket is inherent to that of the carton. By its shape and its bonding it is very exactly applied against the side walls and the bottom of the cardboard, to insert the desired product (s). It only remains to fold the edges of the pocket. The products will be immobilized during the retraction,

  it is therefore no longer necessary to use cushioning materials.

  The lower and upper flaps of the cardboard are pre-glued with an adhesive that reacts to the desired temperature. These bonding zones (6) are also liable to undergo very slight adaptations. The use of adhesive tape and strap

  guaranteeing inviolability is completely unnecessary.

  The procedure is therefore simple. It is enough to take the cardboard, to form it, to insert the goods there, to fold down the pocket, to carry out the retraction, which not only retracts the pocket (3) (the products are thus immobilized), but causes the reaction of the glue of the flaps (6). Thus the lower flaps are immediately sealed and the upper flaps only have to

  be applied for final closure and bonding.

  D1 -3- As a result, inviolability is guaranteed because only destruction

  packaging allows opening.

  To facilitate handling and transport of the carton, if the user so desires, a handle is integrated with a pre-cut (7). This packaging complex is intended for all people or companies facing the imperatives and constraints of

order preparations.

Claims (4)

  1) Packaging complex for order preparation characterized by a cardboard box provided with a link allowing its opening, and pre-cut handles, inside which is fixed a heat-shrinkable pocket, the lower and upper flaps of the cardboard are pre-glued. 2) Complex according to claim 1 characterized by a cardboard folds flat to fifty percent in its longest sides   or in two opposite sides if the cardboard has a square base (fig 1).   3) Complex according to claim 1 characterized by a bond glued to the inside of the carton (1) on its side faces with a precut allowing the capture of this bond outside of carton (2) for its opening.   4) Complex according to claim 1 characterized by a heat shrinkable pocket (3) fixed on the four lower flaps (4)   and held on the four upper flaps (5).   ) Complex according to claim 1 characterized by a pre-gluing (6) of the lower and upper flaps which is not   active only when using the complex.   6) Complex according to claim 1 characterized by a pre-cut handle on two opposite sides (7) usable or not.
