【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、板紙製スリーブに積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋を装入してなる複合容器に関するもので、特に取り出し口部分の開口を容易とするとともに、自立性を高めた複合容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、一部を注出口として突出させた積層フィルム製の包装袋に内容物を収納し、排出しやすい容器として使用することが行なわれている。しかしながら、一部突出した注出口を有することで、包装袋は高さ寸法が伸びることとなり、胴体部分で屈曲し易く、底部をガセット構造とした自立袋としても倒れ易くなるという欠点がある。また一部を突出させた注出口は狭幅となり、しかも屈曲し易いことで、内容物が排出しにくくなるという問題があり、さらに、継続的に開閉され使用される内容物の場合、咬合具を取り付けた袋が開示されているが、内容物が減少することにより、胴体部分が屈曲したり、倒れるという欠点があった(例えば特許文献1参照。)。

また前記の問題を解決するため、胴体部分を補強し、かつ内容物の排出を容易とする外装体を取り付ける構造が開示されている。底板の上下縁に折り目線を介して台形状の前面板と背面板を連設し、前記背面板の先端に封緘板を設け、該封緘板を前記前面板外側に貼着接合してスリーブ状とするもので、予め前記前面板および背面板の内面に接着剤を塗布し、プラスチック製収納袋を所定の位置に接着固定するものである。しかしながら、この技術では袋自体の注出部分は突出しておらず、カートンの角部を破りとってから露出した袋の注出口部分を切り取って開封しようとするものであるから、操作が煩雑であるとともに、液体状の使いきり製品や、詰め替え用袋としては有効でも、繰り返し使用する製品や、防湿性を要求される製品には再封することが出来ないという欠点があった。(例えば、特許文献2参照。)。

また、他の従来技術として、袋上方中央部に注出口を突出形成した包装袋を紙製容器で外装するものも開示されている。しかしながら、開封にあたっては、紙製容器の蓋面板を除去した後に包装袋上部を鋏などで切断して開封するもので、開封操作が煩雑であるし、開封前の包装袋上端は折り曲げられて紙製容器内に収納されているので、折ぐせがついて開封操作が行いにくいという欠点が有った。また、この種絞り出しを要する製品の操作性から考えれば片手による操作が一般的であり、おのずから幅方向寸法は制約を受け、中央部に注出口を突出形成する形式では、注出口幅は狭小とならざるを得ず、狭小な幅の取り出し口は開口状態が維持しにくいという欠点が考えられた。(例えば、特許文献3参照。)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、本発明は、上記問題を解決するためになしたものであって、その目的とするところは、上端部分に狭小な幅に突出した注出口部を有する積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋を紙製容器に装入することにより、保型性ならびに自立性を保持するとともに、開口性を改良した複合容器を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、請求項1の発明は、積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋と、該積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋を収納する紙製容器からなる複合容器であって、前記積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋の上部には袋幅より狭小の突出する形状の注出口部を備え、前記紙製容器は前記積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋の外周を囲むスリーブ状に形成され、かつ上端辺は前記注出口部を通過する開放部と、前記注出口部基部から肩部を閉塞する閉塞部を有するとともに、前記積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋を注出口部下辺近傍にて前記紙製容器と糊着したことを特徴とする複合容器で、積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋はスリーブ状の紙製容器で保型性が付与されるとともに、紙製容器内に懸垂された状態となり、充填された内容物の自重で袋下部が膨れることにより紙製容器下端も拡張し、もって複合容器全体を支持する紡錘形状の底部枠が形成され、自立性が付与される。

請求項3の発明は、積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋と、該積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋を収納する紙製容器からなる複合容器であって、前記積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋の上部には袋幅より狭小の突出する形状の注出口部を備え、前記紙製容器は前記積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋の外周を囲むスリーブ状に形成され、かつ上端辺は前記注出口部を通過する開放部と、前記注出口部基部から肩部を閉塞する閉塞部を有するとともに、前記紙製容器の下端辺に袋保持片を設けたことを特徴とする複合容器で、積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋はスリーブ状の紙製容器で保型性が付与されるとともに、下端辺に設けられた袋保持片を紙製容器内に折り込むことにより、積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋を保持すると共に紙製容器下端が拡張され、もって複合容器全体を支持する変形紡錘形状の底部枠が形成されることで自立性が付与される。

上記本発明について、図面等を用いて以下に詳述する。

図1は本発明の複合容器に収納される積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋の第1実施例を示す平面図で、積層プラスチックフィルムからなり、四角形の一箇所の角部に直角よりやや大きい切欠が形成されて、切欠かれた肩部が緩やかな傾斜を有するとともに、切欠により形成された狭幅の注出口部の上端辺も緩やかな傾斜を有し、周縁に熱接着部2、3、4、5、6a、6bが形成されて密封される袋であって、前記注出口部上端辺の熱接着部3の内側には熱接着部4と直交する方向にプラスチック製咬合具7が取り付けられ、熱接着部4の側端の熱接着部3と咬合具7の間に袋を引き裂き開封するためのノッチ8が形成されている。咬合具7はポリエチレン等からなる雄爪と雌爪とを咬合させて開閉出来る通常のプラスチック製咬合具が使用される。なお、プラスチック製咬合具7は継続的に繰り返し開閉されて使用される内容物、殊に防湿性等を要求される内容物の場合に必要であるが、例えば使い切りの内容物や詰め替え用の内容物の場合には設けなくともよい。

図2は本発明の複合容器に収納される積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋の第2実施例を示す平面図で、底部に二つ折りされたテープ状の積層プラスチックフィルムが折り返し部を内側にして挿入され、その周縁が対向する積層プラスチックフィルムと熱接着され、周縁に熱接着部2´、3、4、5、6a、6bが形成されて密封される袋であって、上記底部構成以外は第1実施例と基本的に同じ構成である。第2実施例は底部をいわゆるガセット形式としたので、第1実施例に比べて内容物の容量が増加するとともに、自立性を有する形式であるが、従来技術で述べたように、液体や重量の大きな内容物の場合やや倒れ易い傾向にあり、本発明のように紙製容器による自立性付与により、液体や重量の大きな内容物に対応することができる。

図3は本発明の複合容器に収納される積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋の第3実施例を示す平面図で、積層プラスチックフィルムからなり、四角形の一箇所の角部に斜め切欠が形成された形状を有し、周縁に熱接着部2、3、4、5、6が形成されて密封される袋であって、斜め切欠によって形成された上端辺には熱接着部3が設けられ、該熱接着部3の内側には熱接着部4と直交する方向にプラスチック製咬合具7が取り付けられ、熱接着部4の側端の熱接着部3と咬合具7の間に袋を引き裂き開封するためのノッチ8が形成されている。

前述した積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋に用いられるフィルムとしては、基材層と熱接着性樹脂層が積層された構成、ないしは基材層とガスバリヤー層と熱接着性樹脂層が積層された構成とすることができる。基材層としては二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート、二軸延伸ポリプロピレン、二軸延伸ナイロン等の二軸延伸フィルムが使用される。熱接着性樹脂層としては低密度ポリエチレン、線状低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリプロピレン、アルミニウム蒸着線状低密度ポリエチレン、アルミニウム蒸着ポリプロピレン等が使用される。ガスバリヤー層としてはアルミニウム箔、アルミニウム蒸着二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート、酸化珪素蒸着二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート等が使用される。

プラスチックフィルムの構成としては、例えば二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート/ポリプロピレン、二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート/線状低密度ポリエチレン、二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート/アルミニウム蒸着ポリプロピレン、二軸延伸ポリプロピレン/ポリプロピレン、二軸延伸ポリプロピレン/アルミニウム蒸着ポリプロピレン、二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート/アルミニウム箔/線状低密度ポリエチレン、二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート/アルミニウム箔/ポリプロピレン、二軸延伸ナイロン/アルミニウム箔/線状低密度ポリエチレン、二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート/アルミニウム蒸着二軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート/線状低密度ポリエチレン等であるが、特に限定はされず、各種食品用、飲料用あるいは雑貨用に用いられている公知の積層フィルムは、いずれも使用することができる。

また、形状においても四角形の一箇所の角部が切欠かれて、狭幅の注出口が形成された形状であれば、前述の実施例に限定されるものでは無いが、製造に際し、袋の上部同士を逆さまに引っくり返して突き合わせた状態の長方形状に熱接着した後に、個々の袋に断裁する方法を用いることが、使用フィルムの無駄を無くすとともに、効率的に製造が行えるので、例えば第1実施例のごとく、注出口部の幅が袋の全幅の半分とされることが望ましい。

次に、前記紙製容器の第1実施例を用いて、本発明の複合容器を組立てるにあたっては、あらかじめ縦折り線L1、L2および横折り線L3を用いて折り曲げ、貼着板13を側板11に貼着接合するとともに、上端閉塞部貼着板14を側板11の上端の所定位置に貼着接合して、上端辺の一端から略中央までを閉塞した変形スリーブ状とした紙製容器10aに、あらかじめ内容物を充填した積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋の表裏両面の注出口部下辺近傍に接着剤を塗布して、前記紙製容器10aの底部から、注出口部が前記紙製容器10aの上端辺の開放部を通過して紙製容器10aから露出するように挿入し、内面接着部20、20の位置で貼着接合され、図7に示す組立て完了状態となる。。詳しくは図9(A)X−X´線断面図に示すように積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋が、紙製容器10aの内部に懸垂された状態となるとともに、充填された内容物の自重で袋下部が膨れることにより紙製容器10aの下端も拡張し、もって複合容器全体を支持する紡錘形状の底部枠が形成され、複合容器が自立可能となる。

前述したように、あらかじめ内容物が充填された積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋を、あらかじめ貼着され変形スリーブ状とした紙製容器に収納固定することが内容物充填を容易に行える点で好ましいが、積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋を、ブランク状態の紙製容器で包み込みながら、変形スリーブ状に貼着接合した後、充填作業を行うこともできる。また、機械化の点からは、あらかじめ内容物を充填した積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋を供給し、ブランク状態の紙製容器を折り曲げ、貼着して取り付け、複合容器とすることも可能である。

次に、斜視図は省略したが、紙製容器の第2実施例を用いて、本発明の複合容器を組立てるにあたっては、あらかじめ縦折り線L1、L2および横折り線L3を用いて折り曲げ、貼着板13を側板11に貼着接合するとともに、上端閉塞部貼着板14を側板11の上端の所定位置に貼着接合して、上端辺の一端から略中央までを閉塞した変形スリーブ状とした紙製容器10bに、あらかじめ内容物を充填した積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋を、前記紙製容器10bの底部から、注出口部が前記紙製容器10bの上端辺の開放部を通過して紙製容器10bから露出するように挿入した後、横折り線L5、L4およびL6を折り曲げ、底部重合板16に底部構成板15を重ね合わせつつ、差込片17を差込溝18に差し込んで、紙製容器10bの底部を部分的に閉止する。この操作により紙製容器10bの底部は略紡錘形状に拡張されるとともに、図9(B)に示すように、積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋は、紙製容器10b内に収納保持され、複合容器が自立可能となる。第2実施例の紙製容器を用いる複合容器は、底部を閉止する形式であるので、内容物を充填した積層プラスチック製包装袋の保持性に優れている。なお、紙製容器の底部を閉止する構造に関しては、底部全体を閉止する構造や糊着による構造等が選択できるもので、前述の実施例に限定されるものではない。

次に、同じく斜視図は省略したが、紙製容器の第3実施例を用いて、本発明の複合容器を組立てるにあたっては、あらかじめ縦折り線L1、L2および横折り線L3を用いて折り曲げ、貼着板13を側板11に貼着接合するとともに、上端閉塞部貼着板14を側板11の上端の所定位置に貼着接合して、上端辺の一端から略中央までを閉塞した変形スリーブ状とした紙製容器10cに、あらかじめ内容物を充填した積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋を、前記紙製容器10cの底部から、注出口部が前記紙製容器10cの上端辺の開放部を通過して紙製容器10cから露出するように挿入した後、紙製容器10cの底部をやや過分に拡張させながら、横折り線L7を用いて折込板19を折り曲げ、積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋を保持するように紙製容器10c内に折り込み、上記底部の過分に拡張させた状態を解けば、図9(C)に示すように、積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋は、紙製容器10c内に収納保持され、複合容器が自立可能となる。第3実施例の紙製容器を用いる複合容器は、比較的軽量の内容物に適しており、組み立て作業のうち、積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋の保持操作が、折込板19によるワンタッチの折り込み操作で行え、作業性に優れている。

図8は、図7に示した本発明の複合容器の一実施形態において、積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋を開封し、開口させた使用状態を示す斜視図で、通常の袋状包装体と同様に、熱接着部4の側端の熱接着部3と咬合具7の間に設けられたノッチ8を用いて積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋の先端部を水平に切り取り開口すれば、内容物を取り出すあるいは注出することができるが、本発明の第1実施例の紙製容器においては紙製容器10aの上端辺の半ばを閉塞し、さらに上端辺開放部近傍に設けた内面接着部20により積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋と紙製容器10aを貼着接合してあるので、図中に矢印で示す紙製容器10a両側上端への押圧により、紙製容器10aの上端開放部が紡錘形状に変形することとなり、この変形に伴って積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋の注出口部も開口する。第2実施例および第3実施例の紙製容器においては、前述の上端辺開放部近傍に設けた内面接着部20が無いけれども、前記紙製容器両側上端への押圧により、第1実施例の紙製容器とほぼ同様に、紙製容器の上端開放部が紡錘形状に変形し、この変形に伴って積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋の注出口部も良好に開口する。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明の複合容器は、変形スリーブ状の紙製容器内に、上端に袋幅より狭小の突出する形状の注出口部を備えた積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋を収納保持するもので、自立性の無いあるいは自立性の不安定な積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋に自立性および保型性をもたせるとともに、狭小な突出する形状の注出口部の開口性を良好なものとする効果がある。自立性と保型性とを持たせたことにより、容器としての消費者の使用感を良くするばかりでなく、販売店での取り扱いが容易となり、かつフィルム製包装袋の場合起こりがちであった形状ならびに表示面の変形が無い紙製容器は、印刷効果ならびに外観意匠性に優れている。

また、咬合具の取り付けにより、継続的に繰り返し開閉されて使用される内容物、殊に防湿性等を要求される内容物に用いられる場合、フィルム製包装袋では内容物の減少に伴って、外観形状や意匠が損なわれたり、保存状態が悪くなるなどの問題があったが、本発明によれば、収納保持されている積層プラスチックフィルム製包装袋内で内容物が減少しても、紙製容器の外観形状や意匠性が損なわれること無く、しかも開口性は維持されているという効果がある。
