【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、紙製のスタンディング（自立する）カートンとその内部に収容するプラスチックフィルムや金属箔などを積層させ、遮光性やバリア性をもたせたスタンディングパウチとからなる食品包装体に関するものであり、特に口栓付スタンディングパウチを収容するスタンディングカートンの形状に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えばカレー、シチュー、スープあるいはお粥等食品を収納するもので、底部が広幅となっていて内容物の重みで自立するようになっているスタンディングパウチがあり、これらは熱湯や電子レンジで加熱処理して食するが、加熱処理でパウチ自体がかなりの高温になるため、手で直接扱うには不便さがあった。またスタンディングパウチは、そのままの姿で店頭に陳列されるが、パウチがプラスチックフィルムを主体とした軟包装材でできているため自立性に欠ける危惧のあるものであった。

これら加熱処理後の扱い難さと自立性に欠ける問題を解決するものとして、上記のようなスタンディングパウチを、底部が広幅で自立性のある紙製のスタンディングカートン（箱）で覆うようにした食品包装体がある。その食品包装体として、例えば特開平９−７７１３５号公報に開示された食品包装体が知られ、外箱とこれに収容されるパウチからなり、その外箱は、紙製であって、底部は自立可能な矩形に形成され、上端部は水平な稜線を形成するように偏平にシールされ、全体的に前後方向から見たとき矩形であり、左右方向から見たとき上向きの楔形でなるもので、この矩形の底部付近の押し潰しを容易にし、および上方端部コーナーに長孔等で強度弱点部を設けて切断具による切り取りを容易にし、内部に収容されているパウチの排出口の開口（端部コーナーを切断するか、あるいは口栓付の場合は口栓を取り出してキャップを開栓すること）を容易にすることを特徴としたものである。また他の事例として外箱の底部が略凸レンズ断面形状に形成されていて、外箱とパウチの間隙を少なくし、内容物の揺動をできるだけ抑えて運送等での事故に備えたもので、その上方端部コーナーに、ミシン目を施して外箱の切り取りを容易にし、内部に収容されたパウチの排出口の開口を容易にしたものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のいずれの食品包装体においても、パウチの加熱処理直後の扱い難さと店頭等での自立性に欠ける問題は解決されているが、内部に収容されているパウチの排出口の開口に際し、例えば外箱上端コーナーの長孔でなる強度弱点部を切断具により切断したり、あるいはミシン目を頼りに切り取ったりするという煩雑さに加え、このように切断することを印刷等で説明されているものの、消費者は意外にその説明等に気付かずに、あるいは切断具等がない場合等では、外箱の上端縁を破いたりして壊したり、あるいは切断具で切断して内部のパウチをも切断してしまったりするという問題のあるものであった。

本発明は、かかる従来技術の問題点を解決するものであり、その課題とするところは、紙製のスタンディングカートンと、このスタンディングカートン内に収容する口栓付スタンディングパウチとからなる食品包装体において、加熱処理直後の扱い易さと店頭等での自立性に優れ、かつ内部に収容する口栓付スタンディングパウチの口栓の存在を一見して容易に視認することができ、口栓の開口を容易にする食品包装体を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に於いて上記課題を達成するために、まず請求項１の発明では、紙製のスタンディングカートンと、このスタンディングカートン内に収容するスタンディングパウチからなり、前記スタンディングパウチは、上端の１コーナーにスパウト部とキャップ部とからなる口栓が設けられている食品包装体であって、前記スタンディングカートンは、スタンディングパウチと略同等の背丈を備え、その底部は自立可能な広幅に形成され、頂部は偏平にシールされ、その頂部中心での側断面が該頂部に向かって楔形状に形成されてなり、前記スタンディングパウチの口栓が設けられている上端の１コーナに対応する、前記頂部の１コーナーに口栓取出し孔が設けられていることを特徴とする食品包装体としたものでる。

上記請求項１の発明によれば、スタンディングカートンの頂部の１コーナーに、斜めに切断されたような口栓取出し孔を設けることによって、その口栓取出し孔から、内部に収容されているスタンディングパウチのスパウト部とキャップ部とからなる口栓が突出しているので、消費者は一見してスタンディングパウチの口栓の存在を視認することができ、開口のための説明書き等を必要とせず、迷わずにこのキャップ部を開栓し、内容物を抽出できる食品包装体とすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面を用いて詳細に説明する。
本発明は、例えば図４の斜視図に示すように、プラスチックフィルムを主体とした軟包装材でなり、上端縁の左コーナーにキャップ部（１１）とスパウト部（１３）でなる口栓（１２）が設けられているスタンディングパウチ（１０）を、図２の斜視図に示すように、紙製でなり、底部（２２）が略凸レンズ断面形状に形成されていて、前面および後面から見て矩形状でなり、図２のＢ−Ｂ面断面として図３に示すように、側面から見て、上端縁（２４）で偏平にシールされていて、上方に向かって楔形に形成されているスタンディングカートン（２０）の内部に、図１の斜視図に示すように収容して、口栓（１２）付のスタンディングパウチ（１０）と外箱としてのスタンディングカートン（２０）とでなる食品包装体（１）に関するものである。

そこで本発明では、例えば図２に示すように、スタンディングカートン（２０）の上端縁の左コーナを斜めに切断したような略凸レンズ断面形状に形成された口栓取出し孔（２６）が設けられていて、この口栓取出し孔（２６）の位置は、図４に示すように、この内部に収容されるスタンディングパウチ（１０）の上端縁の左コーナーに設けられた口栓（１２）の位置と対応するものとしたものである。

上記本発明の食品包装体（１）を構成する口栓取出し孔（２６）が設けられたスタンディングカートン（２０）の形成は、例えば図５の展開図に示すように、矩形状の後面板（３０）に、略同形状の前面板（３１）が折線（ｉ）を介して連設し、さらに折線（ｊ）を介して側糊代片（３２）が連設し、該前面板（３１）の下部中央には、立上がり片（３４）と立上がり糊代片（３５）が上側に円弧状の折込み線（ｌ）と折線（ｍ）を介して連設し、前面板（３１）の上部には、折線（ｋ）を介して上端糊代片（３３）が連設し、前記後面板（３０）の下部中央には、上側に円弧状の折込み線（ｌ）を介して立上がり片（３６）が連設している紙製のブランク（１００）を、前記上端糊代片（３３）の左側と、前面板（３１）の上端縁の左コーナーと、後面板（３０）の上端縁の左コーナーとを円形状に切り取ったような形状とし、この形状のブランク（１００）を用いて、各折線と折込み線に従い折り曲げられ、側糊代片（３２）は、後面板（３０）の側部に貼付され、立上がり片（３４）の下側に連設している立上がり糊代片（３５）は、後面板（３０）の下部中央に連設している立上がり片（３６）に貼付され、上端糊代片（３３）は、（実質的には内容物が充填されたスタンディングパウチを収容後に）後面板（３０）の上端縁に貼付されて、図２に示すような底部（２２）が略凸レンズ断面形状で、上端縁の左側コーナーに略凸レンズ断面形状に形成された口栓取出し孔（２６）が設けられたスタンディングカートン（２０）とするものである。

上記のような略凸レンズ断面形状の口栓取出し孔（２６）が設けられたスタンディングカートン（２０）の内部に、図４に示すような内容物が充填された口栓（１２）付のスタンディングパウチ（１０）を、図１に示すように収容すると、スタンディングカートン（２０）の口栓取出し孔（２６）から、スタンディングパウチ（１０）のスパウト部（１３）とキャップ部（１１）とからなる口栓（１２）が突出しているので、消費者は一見してスタンディングパウチ（１０）の口栓（１２）の存在を視認することができ、迷わずにこのキャップ部（１１）を開栓し内容物を抽出できる食品包装体（１）とすることができる。

上記のような上端縁（２４）の左側コーナーに設けられた口栓取出し孔を塞ぐような略凸レンズ断面形状の蓋片（３７）の略中央に、口栓のスパウト部を通すためのスパウト用孔（２８）が穿設されているスタンディングカートン（２０）の内部に、図４に示すような内容物が充填された口栓（１２）付のスタンディングパウチ（１０）を収容するに際し、図８に示す略凸レンズ断面形状の蓋片（３７）に穿設されたキャップ用孔（２９）からスタンディングパウチの口栓をキャップ部毎通し、そのスパウト部を半円弧状のスパウト用孔（２８）に寄せ、その後蓋糊代片（３８）を、それにに穿設された半円弧状のスパウト用孔（２８）をスパウト部に寄せるようにして略凸レンズ断面形状の蓋片（３７）に貼付して食品包装体（１）とする。

本発明の食品包装体（１）を構成するスタンディングパウチ（１０）としては、特に積層品、単層品を問わないが、一般的には、例えば表面からポリエチレンフィルム／アルミニウム箔／シーラント層の３層構成の包装材が使用され、シーラント層としては、直鎖状ポリエチレン（ＬＬＤＰＥ）や無延伸ポリプロピレン（ＣＰＰ）等が使用され、シーラント層同志がシールされて袋化されてスタンディングパウチ（１０）とする。

本発明は以上の構成であるから、下記に示す如き効果がある。
