Abstract

The partitions have cut out areas so that they can be joined in alternate end to end. Each section has a metal grid at its core (b), which is burglar proof. This grid is positioned so that the grids overlap when the partitions are placed end to opposite end. They are joined by a nut and bolt (d) and two anchor plates (a) which have a larger diameter than the metal grid. The bolt passes through the partitions including the metal grids and creates a grid under tension which is embedded in the cellular concrete (c). The partitions have predrilled holes. The two partitions are bonded chemically and also mechanically by the nut and bolt and anchor plates. The partitions are attached to the floor or ceiling or at the sides by U or L-shaped sections.

Description

The initial concept arose from the need to create a light partition, fire resistant and providing great mechanical security against break-ins.

The principle of the present invention can be extended to so-called load-bearing building elements improving their mechanical resistance.

Partition elements are known in which it has already been proposed to incorporate a metal mesh slipped between two panels of the material used, the cost of implementation of which is very high.

There are partitions combining metallic components, mechanically resistant, but using a material that is not fire-stable, if it is to be used for sound or thermal insulation purposes: polyurethane type.

-isolation thermique
-grande légèreté
-tout en étant facilement mis en oeuvre.
We sought to create a product allowing to link all the qualities sought for a building element either:
-mechanical and particularly burglary resistance
-thermal insulation
- great lightness
-While being easily implemented.

The present invention relates to prefabricated partition elements whose main characteristic is the use of a core arranged in a particular way made of a material of high mechanical resistance to burglary, embedded, included or integrated in a so-called material traditional, used to make prefabricated elements of partitions or walls.

The elements which have a chosen shape are linked to each other in a conventional manner, chemically such as with glue, mortar or the like and, mechanically, by means of joining pieces arranged through the elements and thus through the cores which are arranged in a special way to be linked together by a set of connecting pieces.

The elements thus linked offer great resistance to penetration or break-in, and particularly those made with a fragile material such as agglomerates, plaster, aerated concrete, etc.

The integration of a metallic core or frame in the form of a grid or a "security" type grid embedded in the elements and linked together by a junction or mechanical fastening system thus creates a taut grid , embedded in a mass of a chosen material.

The originality of the present invention is the particular arrangement of the materials and the shape of each element of the partitions making it possible to mechanically link them together.

DESCRIPTION
The preferred embodiment of the invention has additional features; the invention having to be characterized by the simplicity of use and implementation, other characteristics and advantages of the present invention will emerge from the description which follows, given with reference to the appended drawings, and giving by way of explanation, but in no way limiting, an embodiment of the invention which is in no way limiting, we will call that described security partitioning said: "paradoxical"
DESCRIPTION
in Figure 1 we have a top or bottom view of a precast element, currently made of aerated concrete, but which may be made of agglomerates or any other material and mainly those whose resistance to burglary is insufficient. specific volume cut on each side allowing the elements to be alternated, fitting them one into the other, the usefulness of which will be described later
in Figure 2 we have by way of example a junction assembly consisting of a bolt, a nut and two plywoods (a) which are of a diameter greater than that of the meshes of the core included in each element ; to do better, the counterplate can be of a radius greater than the largest dimension of the mesh of the core,
a spot of welding or a bonding can make the nut and the bolt irremovable after its installation, the head of the bolt may be flat of the tamper-proof type,
in Figure 3 we have the front view in vertical position of a partition with the openings (e) or the reserves made to put the connecting pieces. These orifices can have the shape of light in order to facilitate the installation of the pieces of connection in the event of a problem with the flatness of the floors. They can also be deeper to allow the sealing of the joining pieces.
