Abstract

The garment is designed to cover the lower part of the body and is made from a single piece of a foam material, fastened at the waist by a quick-release connector such as self-adhesive strips, a button or press stud. The garment can be 10 - 100 cm long, and is pref. 25-35 cm long, and its lower portion can be fringed. The fringe sections can be, e.g., 4-5 mm wide and 5 mm thick.

Description

The present invention is intended to coat the lower part of the human body and relates to a garment and more particularly to a foam skirt.

Traditionally this garment created in materials such as various fabrics, is often crumplable, the colors of the fabrics pass in the event of prolonged exposure to the sun, to see even do not support with use or at least very badly that one is bathe with it and then be dried in the open air.

In addition, this garment is usually composed of a piece of fabric very often corresponding to a specific size which is that of the user precisely and only.

With regard to its manufacture, this garment or skirt according to the invention has the characteristic of being composed of a single piece of foam, as well as of a single creation operation. The process used (if we consider the cookie cutter for example) does not require any sewing - or lining - or overcasting or any other sewing technique, just as it does not involve any patches necessary for its pure confection.

The garment or skirt according to the invention has the characteristic because of its foam constitution of being flexible, wrinkle-resistant, light to wear, of supporting immersion in fresh or salt water if necessary and without seeing its tarnished colors, its altered fabric or outfit.

The garment is more particularly designed as a summer garment suitable for example for a use which, while aesthetically dressing the lower part of the human body, can ensure contact hygiene (on beaches among other things, in nudist camps. ..), allow you to move around the city in correct, although original, attire.

This garment or skirt made up of a single piece of foam can be quickly and easily attached by a system of self-adhesive strips or any other method of attachment and adequate means of attachment allowing the adjustment of the size.

A belt is formed in said piece of foam positioned at the waist and on the lower part from which fringes or straps.

According to particular embodiments: - each skirt includes at least three different sizes.

Referring more particularly to Figure (1), we can clearly see the constitution made in one and the same piece. It is therefore positioned by its shape by wrapping around the hips. The yoke attached to the belt essentially gives the skirt a tubular shape and makes it possible to cover the belly and the buttocks and at least the upper thighs.

With reference (1) to these drawings, the fastening device comprises a fastening system at the ends of the belt which come to overlap when the skirt is in place.

The end or the stop of the visible side on the top or in front of the skirt will be more or less variable distance from the hips depending on the size of the user.

By way of nonlimiting example - the height of the yoke of the belt will have order dimensions
variable according to sizes: from 3 to 6 cm for the width in the
diagrams shown.

the whole skirt.

According to a variant not illustrated in the diagrams, the fringes or thongs of each model may be braided together or be located only on the front and rear parts of the thighs, leaving the sides bare, by way of "cache-sexe" of even that they can be spaced in a vatiable way on the whole of the skirt.

The skirt according to the invention is particularly intended to be a leisure item of clothing - use thereof on beaches for example. But it can also be used as a toy or disguise.

Claims (8)

1 - Garment intended to coat the lower part of the human body  characterized in that it consists of a single piece in  foam and able to cover the lower body at least partially  from the waist. 2 - The garment according to claim 1 is characterized in that at  ends of the belt are fastened with fastening systems  which then overlap when the skirt is put in place. 3 - The garment according to claim 1 is characterized in that the  quick hitch systems are chosen from several suitable means  such as double-sided self-adhesive tapes, eyelets, buttons in all  gender, pressure or the like. 4 - The garment according to claim 1 is characterized in that the  fringes or straps can be located on the entire skirt  from the belt to the waist. 5 - The garment according to claim 1 is characterized in that the fringes  or strips can be divided into at least two series on the whole  of the skirt. 6 - The garment according to claim 1 is characterized in that it can  be between 10 cm and 100 cm long and preferably between 25 cm  and 35 cm. 7 - The garment according to claim 1 is characterized in that the  length of fringes or straps can be 2 mm to 6 cm and  preferably 4 mm - 5 mm. 8 - The garment according to claim 1 is characterized in that  the thickness of the foam used can be from 2 mm to 7 mm and  preferably from 3 mm to 4 mm.
