Abstract

The invention relates to a hooking device of the loop and hook type.

 It also relates to an article such as a garment, a shoe, a strap or belt, etc., provided with this attachment device or capable of being fitted with such an attachment device.

 Systems for fixing two parts by means of the loops and hooks type still known under the brand VELCRO have been developed in numerous applications.

 This system comprises: - a first element which consists of hooks projecting from one side of a support intended to be permanently fixed to an article and - a second element which consists of loops also projecting from one side of a support also intended to be permanently attached to an article.

 For fixing these supports, it is quite common to use a conventional seam, but it is also known from US-4. 617.214 to provide, on the face opposite to the face carrying the hooks, mushroom-shaped growths intended to be embedded in the plastic of a molded object.

 The well-known principle of these systems lies in the hooking of the hooks on the loops, these hooks hook these loops and the release of these depends on the elasticity of the hooks.

 Referring to the drawing, we can see a device 1 for hooking type loops 2 and hooks 3 this in order to bring together two zones A, B, arranged opposite.

 According to the invention, the device comprises at least one so-called intermediate part 4 bearing on, each of these two opposite faces, one of the two means 2,3 that are the loops 2 and the hooks 3, each of these two opposite faces being intended to cooperate with additional hooking means of the loop or hook type carried in turn by the facing zones so as to constitute two hooking systems 30.40 and one of the two hooking systems 30.40 offers higher peel strength than the other.
