The present invention relates to modular apparatus, in particular a circuit breaker comprising a housing provided with a fixing base delimited laterally by two grooves arranged to receive respectively two edges of a profiled fixing rail, one of these grooves being equipped with a blocking lock associated with elastic means for ensuring the maintenance in position of the modular apparatus on the rail.

Ce déplacement entraîne un déplacement correspondant du verrou. Dans l'exemple décrit, ce déplacement est de l'ordre de 0,8 mm. De ce fait, les pattes élastiques 21 et 22 se resserrent étant donné qu'elles sont en appui sur les rampes inclinées 23 et 24 et que l'espace entre ces rampes diminue dès que le verrou se déplace vers sa position de déverrouillage.
