Abstract
La présente invention fournit des acides nucléiques marqueurs pour les gènes de résistance à la rouille du riz Pi-ta et Pi-ta2 qui s'hybrident avec n'importe quelles sondes PLFR isolées à partir de l'ADN génomique du riz et qui sont localisés à une distance de 2,0 cM des gènes de résistance à la rouille du riz Pi-ta et Pi-ta2 . Conformément à la présente invention, ont peut facilement identifier les gènes de résistance à la rouille du riz et les gènes associés à partir des variétés cultivées de riz contenant Pi-ta et Pi-ta2 , en favorisant ainsi le développement et le croisement des variétés cultivées supérieures. Il est aussi possible d'effectuer facilement un essai de résistance du riz. Cela ouvrira la voie pour la création de nouveaux gènes de résistance.
