Palletizable and stackable dispensing device for flexible sheaths packaged on reels, characterized in that the reels (10) comprise perforated polygonal plates (1 1, 12), fixed to the ends of a hollow hub (13), connected by a tubular axis (14) being fixed against one of the flanges (12) via tongues (131, 132) and drilled screws (133), in that said drum (10) is mounted, at will, on a palletizable reel stand (20), consisting of an angled frame (21), open on the front, having, on the front, a crossbar (22) provided on the underside with a stirrup (23) for engaging the fork of an elevator and in the median transverse plane, another crossbar (24), on the ends of which are fixed two candles (25, 26), intended to support the drum (10) by the intermediate of half-shells (251, 261), in which the tubular axis (14) is embedded, in that the immobilization in rotation of the drum (10), relative to the support (20), is ensured, at will, by a flange (262) connected by screws and wing nuts, to fixing lugs located on either side of the one (261) support half-plates (251, 261), in that the stacking of two reels (10) is obtained via a palletizable reel frame (30), consisting of two frames (31, 32), open on the front, connected vertically by four uprights (33), one of which (31), located at the base of the frame (30), supports, on the front, a crossbar (34), comprising, on the underside , a stirrup (341) for engaging the fork of an elevator, and in the transverse median plane a crossbar (35) at the ends of which are fixed, vertically, candles (36, 37), similar to those which equips the palletizable reel holder (20), and the other (32), fixed to the upper part of said frame (30), is intended to receive, by fitting, the angle frame (21) co constituting the base of the palletizable reel stand (20).
