Abstract

Device allowing the adaptation to computer and office equipment of a metal structure serving as a stable and horizontal support and intended to receive mail baskets or other objects in their upper part. The device is made up of three main parts: 1 / A base made up of elements in bent and welded stainless steel wires and a molded plastic tray to match the rounded shapes of the metal structure to make it integral with the latter; on this basis will be the computer or office equipment which will be equipped with it. 2 / Two stainless steel tubes of different dimensions which will fit into the base; they are intended to determine the height and to maintain the upper part. 3 / An upper part made of folded and welded stainless steel wires which will fit into the intermediate tubes and thus provide a stable and horizontal surface intended to receive mail baskets or other objects. The installation of the device does not interfere with the normal operation of computer and office equipment and in particular, it does not alter the heat release of the screens. The device according to the invention is intended for all users of computer or office equipment in their professional or home environment.

1 - DESCRIPTION

  The object of the present invention is to adapt to computer and office equipment a metal structure serving as a stable and horizontal support and intended to receive

  mail baskets or other objects in their upper part.

  The invention is intended for users of computer screens, microcomputers, minitels (R), fax machines and printers to facilitate the filing, storage and document capture while maintaining an independent footprint and without reducing

useful surfaces of offices.

  Computer, telematics and office equipment due to the diversity of their shape and size made it impossible to use their surface for

  document storage and handling.

  The device of the invention overcomes this disadvantage by exploiting the upper part of the computer screens, minitels (R), fax machines and printers by adapting very easily to their different shapes and sizes thanks to the design of its adaptable metal structure. The stability of the structure being ensured by the clean

  weight of computer or office equipment that will rest on its base.

  This structure consists of three elements to assemble: l / A base composed of folded and welded stainless steel wire elements and a molded plastic tray in order to match the roundings of the metal structure to make it integral with the latter; on this basis will rest the computer or office equipment that will be

  THE BASE: It consists of a stainless steel wire (1) of diameter 6 or 8 mm which will be folded so as to compose a rectangle of different dimensions according to the material

  of which it will be equipped; the rear part will be raised to the square on 10 to 15 cm of height.

  A plate made of solid plastic (4) of a thickness corresponding to the diameter of the wires

  will be molded to the shape of the steel son to marry the rounded and to be integral.

  The back of this tray will be closed by a wire (2) of the same diameter as that of the base and

soldered to it.

  The survey of the rear part will receive another wire of the same diameter (3) which will be welded on the

  rectangular base to maintain the rigidity and spacing of the whole.

  On the rear reading, two metal rings (5) will be welded on the wire of the base so

  to ensure the blocking of the tube that will fit on this base.

  The wires of the base will receive from place to place a flexible plastic sheath (6) intended to protect the office surfaces from possible scratches and to prevent slippage of the base. -2- TUBES: Destined for the vertical part of the structure; these tubes made of stainless steel (7) with an internal diameter equal to the diameter of the wire on which they come

  to nest will be of different lengths and will determine the height of the whole.

  In the lower part, they come to fit into the two parts raised steel wire of the base to abut against the metal ring to stop the descent of the tubes to the base.

  In the upper part, they will serve as a support for the upper part that will come nested.

  THE UPPER PART: It consists of a stainless steel wire (8) likewise

  diameter and the same shape as that of the base but inverted.

  It is also equipped with rings (5) of the same nature as that of the base on which

  the tubes will come into abutment during the interlocking.

  The rear portion also receives a stainless steel wire (9) to maintain rigidity

and the spacing.

  Unlike the base, the upper part does not receive a plastic tray; but one

  1 5 lightweight wire mesh (10) which will support the mail baskets (11).

  On the front side will be welded a stainless steel tube intended for future applications.

OBSERVATIONS

  By its original design, the structure has no impact on the heat of the screen and does not affect the ventilation or ventilation of the screen. It does not interfere with the pivoting of the screen on its base or its vertical inclination. It leaves to

  the user the possibility of installing a filter screen.

IMPLEMENTATION

  Then put the screen on the plastic tray and center it.

  On the rear part will fit the two steel tubes until they come into abutment against

the Rings.

  The upper part will then be placed by fitting it into the vertical tubes which must

come to a stop against the rings.

  Then simply put the baskets on the wire mesh.

2- Claims   1) Device allowing the adaptation to all types of computer screens, minitels (R), fax machines and printers of a metal structure serving as a stable and horizontal support and intended to receive mail baskets of different models as well as than other objects; is characterized by its three-part structure namely on the one hand: a base of stainless steel wire provided with a plastic tray and intended to receive the equipment to be equipped; of metal uprights in interlocking stainless steel tubes and a tray   metal that will support the mail baskets.   2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the fixed base is formed by stainless steel son (1) (2) (3) folded and welded together at right angles to form a rectangular tray raised to the vertical rear face; that on the front face of the base is molded to the rounded shapes of the base a solid plastic tray (4) on which will rest the computer or office equipment. That the stability of the structure is   provided by the own weight of the equipment that will be equipped.   3) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the vertical uprights made of stainless steel tubes (7) are intended to ensure by fitting on the base the height of the structure and to maintain the upper part. They abut on the rings (5) of the base. 4) Device according to claim I characterized in that the upper part is composed of stainless steel son (8) (9) of the same diameter and the same shape as the base but it is inverted to fit on the vertical uprights abutting the rings (5); and unlike the base, it does not receive a plastic tray, but a light trellis of stainless steel wire (10) which is intended to receive the   mail baskets or other objects (11).
