Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions de dégraissage comprenant: a/ au moins un produit choisi parmi les hydrochlorofluorocarbonés, les hydrofluorocarbonés ou les perfluorocarbonés, b/ au moins un alcool, c/ au moins un éther ayant une fonction OH, d/ éventuellement au moins un produit choisi parmi l'eau et les esters.

Description

La présente invention est une composition de dégraissage à base de solvants fluorés et ne contenant pas de produits chlorés tels que par exemple le trichloroéthane III (TII I ),- le perchlorethylène ou le chlorure de méthylène.
Jusqu'à présent le Tlii constituait la base des compositions de dégraissage. Le TII I ne sera plus autorisé dans quelques années parce qu'il est dangereux pour la couche d'ozone.
L'objet de l'invention concerne de nouvelles compositions de dégraissage ne contenant plus ces produits chlorés mais possédant les même avantages.
Le Tri 11 est utilisé à chaud comme à froid dans le dégraissage métallique avec les avantages suivants:
- évaporation rapide,
- bonne propriété de nettoyage,
- non inflammable,
- peu toxique,
- facile d'emploi.
La présente invention est une composition de dégraissage caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend
a/ au moins un produit choisi parmi les hydrochlorofluorocarbonés, les
hydrofluorocarbonés ou les perfluorocarbonés,
b/ au moins un alcool,
c/ au moins un éther ayant une fonction OH,
d/ éventuellement au moins un produit choisi parmi l'eau et les esters.
A titre d'exemples de produits a/ on peut citer le 1,1 -dichloro-I - fluoroéthane (141 b), le 1, i -dichloro-2,2,3,3,3pentafluoropropane (225ca), le perfluorohexane ou la perfluoro-N-méthylmorpholine.
A titre d'exemples de produits b/ on peut citer les alcools ayant de 1 à 6 atomes de carbone. On utilise avantageusement le butanol secondaire.
A titre d'exemples de produits c/ on peut citer les éthers de l'éthylène glycol et les éthers du propylène glycol. On utilise avantageusement le produit de formule

A titre d'exemples d'esters d/ on peut citer les formiate, acétate et propionate d'alkyls ayant de I à 5 atomes de carbone.
Les proportions des produits a/, b/, c/ et d/ sont déterminées par l'homme de métier et peuvent varier largement. Cependant, en choisissant les proportions de a/, b/, c/ et d/ dans les fourchettes suivantes:
-20à50 parties de a/,
- 5 à 75 parties de b/,
- 15 à 60 parties de c/,
- 0 à 25 parties de d/,
I'homme de métier peut facilement préparer les composition de l'invention ayant les critères recherchés.
Les critères étant : s'évaporent rapidement, ont de bonne propriétés de nettoyage, ne sont pas toxiques, sont ininflammables et, faciles d'emploi.
Une composition avantageuse contient:
- 30 à 40 parties de 141 b,
- 10 à 25 parties de butanol secondaire,
- 25 à 40 parties de 1-methoxy-2-propanol,
- 5 à 15 parties d'eau.
Les compositions de l'invention peuvent aussi contenir un hydrocarbure ou une coupe pétrolière.
A titre d'exemples d'hydrocarbure, on peut citer ceux ayant un point d'ébullition situé entre 100 et 200 C. On utilise par exemple le diéthylcyclohexane.
A titre d'exemples de coupe pétrolière, on peut citer celles ayant un intervalle de distillation 100-200 C. On utilise par exemple la coupe C9-C12.
La composition de l'invention:
- dégraisse, nettoie les huiles entières aussi bien que les huiles
hydrosolubles
- fonctionne par solubilisation des salissures
- est facile d'emploi,
- n'a pas de point d'éclair (norme ASTM-D-3828),
- s'évapore rapidement.
Les compositions sont efficaces en dégraissage, celui-ci s'effectue en quelques secondes. Ceci permet un traitement ou une opération mécanique (retouche, usinage) immédiatement puisque l'évaporation de la composition à la surface des pièces est comparable à celle de l'acétate de butyle (2 minutes 30 sec.
à 3 mn).
La composition permet de dégraisser des pièces à géométrie complexe.
Ainsi les huiles entières (parafiniques, naphtenique, mixtes, synthétiques) et les huiles émulsionnables sont nettoyables avec la composition.

Ces formules sont toutes efficaces pour le nettoyage des salissures grasses et des salissures telles que les encres dites indélébiles sur des surfaces nettoyables.

Claims (8)

REVENDICATIONS
1. Composition de dégraissage caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend:
a/au moins un produit choisi parmi les hydrochlorofluorocarbonés, les
hydrofluorocarbonés ou les perfluorocarbonés,
b/ au moins un alcool,
c/ au moins un éther ayant une fonction OH,
d/ éventuellement au moins un produit choisi parmi l'eau et les esters.
2. Composition selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que l'hydrochlorofluorocarbone est le 1,1-dichloro-1-fluoroéthane (141b) ou le 1,1 < lichlorn- 2,2,3,3,3,-pentafluoropropane (225ca).
3. Composition selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisée en ce que l'alcool est un alcool ayant de 1 à 6 carbones et est de préférence le butanol secondaire.
4. Composition selon l'une des revendication 1 à 3 caractérisée en ce que le produit C est le

5. Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient:
- 30 à 40 parties de 141 b,
- 10 à 25 parties de butanol secondaire,
- 25 à 40 parties de 1-methoxy-2-propanol,
- 5 à 15 parties d'eau.
6. Composition selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend aussi un hydrocarbure ou une coupe pétrolière.
7. Composition selon la revendication 6 caractérisée en ce que le point d'ébullition de l'hydrocarbure est entre 100 et 200 C.
8. Composition selon la revendication 6 caractérisée en ce que l'intervalle de distillation de la coupe pétrolière est: 100-200 C.
