Abstract

The invention relates to a device making it possible to position removable button fastenings without having to sew them. It consists of a (thumb-)tack piece (1) with a triangular point (2) placed on the wrong side of the fabric and of a cylindrical piece (3) placed on the right side of the fabric. The second piece is provided with two internal projections (4), two external stops (5) and a pressure-holding rod (6) placed on the top of the cylinder (3). Simple manual pressure on these first two pieces makes it possible to fit them in each other. The button (7) is provided with two notches with clearance (8). The user must then position the two stops (5) of the cylinder (3) in the notches (8) of the button (7). The pressure-holding rod (6) then exerts a thrust against the button (7) and a simple (single) rotation pivots the two stops (5) in the clearances of the notches (8) of the button (7).
