Abstract

The subject of the present invention is a hammer mill including a rotor consisting of a series of discs (1) separated from one another and joined together by rods (10a and 10b) on which are mounted, so that they can swing, hammers (6) located between the discs, each hammer (6) being equipped with two holes (7a and 7b) for the passage of its swing rod. According to the invention, each disc (1) includes a twin series of drillings (8a and 8b) for the passage of the swing rods, the drillings (8a and 8b) being grouped together in pairs so that the distance between the two drillings of one and the same pair is equal to the separation of the two holes (7a-7b) of a hammer.
