Abstract

The hoarding is made of galvanised steel, with a frame (1) to which a brace (6) and a stiffener (4) are fixed triangularly. The foot (2) has a plate at the base of the brace (9) on which two concrete blocks (3) are placed. There is a sheet of melamine (8) on the front face of the frame, and the foot is adjustable in height. ADVANTAGE - Stainless steel for long life. Re-usable, easy to modify during building work. Front surface easily removed to allow rapid change of advertisements.

DESCIPTION
The present invention relates to a modular hoarding system, with structure in reuse.

 As a rule, the palisades of building sites are designed and manufactured in such a way that they are destroyed at each building site, and difficult to adapt during construction.

 The present invention of construction palisades overcomes these shortcomings. Galvanized steel structure for good durability over time, therefore used from site to site. The front panel is easily removable which allows to change advertising very quickly.

 The set consists of a tubular metal frame, with a foot at the end and a brace adjustable in height. On the foot and the bracing 2 concrete studs.

The elements are joined together by a bolting system.

The entire fence and therefore adjustable in height and lateral inclination.

On the front side is bolted an outer melamine sheet.

 With reference to these drawings, the framework (1) comprises two 50 x 50 vertical tubes on which at the top and bottom come 2 27 x 40 welded tubes, dividing this rectangle thus formed with 2 vertical tubes of 27 X 40 we get the framework (1).

 To the right of the frame (1) there is a foot (2) composed of a steel plate of 300 x 200 x 4 on which is welded at the front a tube of 45 x 45 which allows to do it slide in the 50 x 50 tube of the frame (1) and thus be able to fix together the foot (2), the frame (1) and the bracing which consists of the strut (6) (9) ( 10) and the reducer (4) .On the foot (2) in the upper part of the 45 x 45 tube will be made holes which will allow the foot to be adjusted in height in the frame (1), On the rear of the foot (2) will be welded a round tube (12) which will retain the concrete studs (3) on the foot (2).

 The bracing consists of the strut, (6) a 50 x 50 tube fixed at the top to an angle (7) which allows the articulation of the strut (6), in this one comes to slide in lower part a tube (9) 45 x 45 (9) with a series of holes which allow the height adjustment of the strut (6), the tube (9) is fixed to the angle on the plate (10) of 300 x 200 x 4, at the back of the latter is welded a round tube (12) which will hold the concrete studs (3) on the plate (10). On the framework (1) and plumb with the angle (7) in the lower part begins the reducer (4) in 27 x 40 tube fixed to the frame (5), on the back of it a series of holes which allow to advance or reverse the bracing, the reducer (4) and the strut (6) joined by a bolt (14) forms a perfect triangulation.

 Concrete blocks (3) 500 x 300 x 150 high with a circular hole (11) in their centers to allow them to be inserted on the plate (10) in the round tube (12) and on the foot (2) in the round tube (12).

For a frame (1) there will be 4 concrete studs; 2 on the foot and 2 on the bracing which will make the palisade stable.

 On the front face of the framework (1) will be bolted an outer melamine sheet.

 There will be a standard module length. The missing module to arrive at the exact site linear will be made to measure.

 The basic module will have the following dimensions: 2850 x 1800 and the melamine sheet 2850 x 2060.

 The assembly thus produced gives a palisade, the flatness of which will be perfect, and the displacement of which will be easy and above all the reuse of the metal structure from site to site.

Claims (6)

CLAIM  1) Device for making palisades of construction sites  characterized in that it comprises a frame (1) on which  is fixed a strut (6) and a stiffener (4) which allows triangulation with 1J frame (1), a foot (2)  on which come 2 concrete studs (3) and a plate (10)  at the end of a strut (9) on which 2 studs come  in concrete (3). A melamine sheet (8) on the front of  the framework (1).  2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that  the strut (6) and the stiffener (4) form a  triangulation with respect to frame (1).  3) Device according to claim 1 or claim  2 characterized in that the foot (2) is adjustable in height  to level the fence.  4) Device according to any one of claims  previous characterized in that the plate (10) by  the intermediate of the tube (9) is adjustable in height, to  ability to raise or lower bracing.  5) Device according to any one of claims  previous characterized in that the foot (2) and the plate  (10) is inserted into 2 concrete studs (3) for good support  of the palisade.  6) Device according to any one of claims  previous characterized in that the melamine sheet (8)  is bolted to the front of the frame (1).
