Abstract

The holder (1) is designed to be attached to the edge of a container (11) such as a paint pot, and has connectors on its inside wall (2a) to engage with the container. The connectors are in the form of a horizontal projecting rim (3) with vertical flexible rods (6) on its underside to go inside the upper edge of the container, and thrust elements (4) to form a clamp. The outer wall of the holder slopes downwards at an angle towards its base and has a curved recess in its side for the brush. The holder can be manufactured, for example, in one piece from injection-moulded plastic.
