Abstract

Device making it possible to pull out surgical pins. The invention allows easy and adapted extraction of surgical pins with different diameters, without bearing on the support into which they are driven. It consists of an outer part (1, 2) sliding on an inner part (3, 4, 6) until it abuts thereon. Throwing the body (1) facilitates extraction of the pin by the kinetic energy released at the moment of this arrival in abutment. Furthermore, the inner part (3, 4, 6) produces automatic blocking of the pin introduced into the apparatus by bracing of a plate (6) which lies in the inner part and which is positioned obliquely with respect to the axis of the pin, either by gravity or by the inertia created at the moment of throwing the body (1). The device according to the invention is particularly intended for extracting surgical pins.

En référence à ces dessins , le dispositif posséde un corps cylindrique creux (1) sur lequel a été réalisé un filetage externe sur l'une des extrémités.A l'intérieur sur l'autre extrémité sont réalisés deux épaulements.Sur l'épaulement de diamétre supérieur vient s'appuyer un ressort de rappel (5) de telle sorte que l'autre extrt-nite du ressort se situe du cotè du filetage réalisé sur le corps(1).Sur l'épaulement de diamétre inférieur vient taper le coulisseau (3) quand l'appareil est en fonction.Ce coulisseau (3) de forme cylindrique a un épaulement externe à l'extrémité supérieur , à l'extrémité opposée il a un évidement interne dont l'entrée est filetée et enfin il est percé longitudinalement å un diamètre correspondant å celui des broches.La réunion du coulisseau (3) et du guide (4) réalise un logement cylindrique dont le plan supérieur est orthogonal A l'ase de 11appareil et dont le plan inférieur, réalisé sur le guide, est incliné par rapport fi ce meme axe.Ce logement contient une plaquette (6) percée en son centre comme le guide ,au diamétre des broches 4 retirer.Cette partie interne(3,4,6) se trouve à l'intèrieur du corps (1) en conservant un mouvement de translation par rapport a celui-ci et étant maintenll au repos par un ressort (5) compris entre l'épaulement interne du corps et l'épaulement externe du coulisseau.Le corps contenant l'ensemble (3,4,6) est fermé en sa partie supérieure filetée par un bouchon (2).La mise en place de la broche 9 l'intérieur de l'appareil positionne la plaquette Q l'horizontal pour permettre le passage de celle-ci.Puis par gravité ou par l'inertie due au lancement du corps la plaquette tend å s'incliner et fi coincer la broche.Le glissement du corps sur la partie interne (3,4,6) emmagasine l'énergie cinétique qui permet en arrivant en butée sur le coulisseau(3) d'extraire plus facilement la broche.  With reference to these drawings, the device has a hollow cylindrical body (1) on which an external thread has been produced on one of the ends.
