Abstract

According to this method, a metal dish (1) is deep drawn in order to form a container and the edges of the latter are drawn in order to increase its height; the container is deep-drawn internally in order to produce a sectional narrowing (4), on which an opening device (6) is mounted, and a bottom is crimped onto the edge of the container opposite the neck. According to an advantageous embodiment, the end of the neck (4) is cut off in order to open it, the entire container is turned over, the edge of the neck opening is turned over and a removable cap (6) is placed thereon by elastic gripping. This method makes it possible especially to present the consumer with a neck which facilitates the absorption of the drink, and makes it possible to use a removable closure means by virtue of which the user can drink only part of the drink and can then close the container again.

Le procédé de fabrication d'une boîte à boisson à ouverture facile schématiquement illustré à la Fig.1 comporte les étapes suivantes

- étape b : on procède à un premier emboutissage de la coupelle 1 pour former un récipient 2,
- étape c : on étire les bords 3 du récipient 2 pour augmenter sa hauteur,
- étape d : on procède à un nouvel étirage du récipient 2, qui accroît encore sa hauteur,
- étape e : on emboutit intérieurement le récipient 2, par des moyens connus en soi et non représentés, pour réaliser un col 4,
- étape f : on découpe l'extrémité du col 4 pour y ménager une ouverture terminale 5,
- étape g : on retourne l'ensemble du récipient 2 de manière que son col 4 se trouve à sa partie supérieure,
- étape h : on retourne les bords 4a de l'ouver- ture 5 du col 4, de façon connue par un poinçon conique et on y pose par serrage élastique une capsule plastique amovible 6 (Fig.3). Cette capsule 6, maintenue par clipsage, peut donc aisément être enlevée et replacée sur le col 4. On complète le récipient par sertissage d'un fond 8 sur le bord de la boîte 11 opposé au col 4 (Fig.2).
