Abstract

L'invention concerne l'architecture variable d'une habitation modulable avec étage, et transportable comprenant un dispositif de fixation au sol avec réglage de hauteur et un dispositif de liaison des éléments entre eux. Cette habitation est destinée aux utilisateurs désirant une architecture personnalisée, selon leur goût. En raison des exigences professionnelles actuelles, l'utilisateur pourra transporter son habitation sur le lieu qui lui sera proposé pour son travail.

Description

HABITATION EN ELEMENTS TRANSPORTABLES
La présente invention concerne une habitation constituée d'éléments séparés, transportables. figure. 1 et 2
Cette habitation est de structure légère, constituée de bois pour les superstructures, la toiture et les murs sont constitués de contreplaqué à l'intérisur et l'extérieur, ce dernier étant protégé par un crépis synthétique le tout étant isolé selon les normes habitueiles.
Chaque élément comporte un étage, transportable en position horizontale, ces éléments ont l'avantage de pouvoir s'assembler entre eux selon le désir de l'utilisateur en précisant simplement la position de l'ouverture pour communiquer entre chaque élément, ce qui permet à l'utilisateur d'avoir son architecture personnalisée. figure.3 et 4
Effectivement, l'assemblage de ces éléments entre eux est réalisé avec les encadrements des portes.
La pose des éléments à terre est réalisée par un système de fixation réglable sur trois points de l'hexagone, que représente la forme au sol de chaque élément.
Ce dispositif permet une mise en place rapide et une tolérance d'erreur de position pour la pose préliminaire de 3 boulons fixés au sol, nécéssaires pour chaque élément.
Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention:
La figure 5 représente en coupe l 'angle d'un élément
avec le dispositif de Fixation au sol. La Figure 8 représente en coupe, l'assemblage de deux éléments entre eux.
En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif de fixation au sol, figure 5, comporte une console métallique (1) avec retour à l'équerre boulonnée sur deux parois murales extérieures (2) formant l'angle de l'hexagone. Les structures bois (3)et (4) reposant et fixées sur la console à l'aide d'un boulon (5) et écrou (6). Le boulon (5) va également servir de réglage de hauteur a l'aide d'un écrou (7) et contre écrou (8) en traversant une pièce métallique (9) en tronc de pyramide avec une face ouverte pour l'accès du réglage en hauteur de l'élément.
A la base de cette pièce métallique (9) figure 6 un retour métallique repose sur deux cotés (12) au sol soudés à la pièce métallique (9).
Sur les retours métalliques (12) va coulisser et servir de serrage un plat métallique avec un trou oblon (13), qui servira de fixation au sol à l'aide d'un écrou vissé sur un boulon (10) fixé dans un dés en ciment (11).
Ce dispositif permet une tolérance des cotes pour la pose préliminaire des boulons (10), et la facilité de mise en place des éléments.
En référence à la figure 8, l'assemblage de deux éléments est constitué de deux cadres de porte (14) en bois
lamellé collé embrevés et collés dans les parois (15) et (16)et un renfort en bois (17). Les deux cadres de porte (14) sont reliés pour la liaison de deux éléments par plusieurs boulons et écrous (18), un joint d'étanchéité (19) est fixé entre les cadres de porte (14).
En référence à la figure 7 ,l'assemblage dans chaque angle d'un élément, est prévu pour un éventuel démontage complet par des boulons et écrous (20) traversant des montants en bois (21) solidaires des murs de l'élément. Dans les montants (21) est prévu une rainure (22) pour recevoir une languette de guidage afin de faciliter le montage de l'élément.
Le démontage complet est prévu, pour d'éventuels transports lointains.
Les caractéristiques de cette habitation sont destinées aux utilisateurs à la recherche d' une architecture modulable et surtout transportable, en raison des exigences professionnel les actuel les.

REVENDIGATIONS
1) Habitation en éléments transportables caractérisée par sa forme hexagonale avec une forte pente au toit, qui lui donne une architecture
intérieure extérieure variable selon l'orientation de chaque élément entre
eux.
