Abstract

The invention relates to a movable support for detachable and adjustable shelves or partitions. Said support engages with a shaped bar. The support according to the invention is characterised in that it comprises two symmetrical parts (1, 2) each comprising a bracket (7, 8) for supporting the shelf or partition and, on the side opposite said bracket (7, 8), a laterally positioned U-sectioned channel (5, 6), the two parts (1, 2) being joined by at least one self-tightening screw (4) at right angles to said channels (5, 6).

Description

Mobile support for removable and adjustable shelves or partitions.

The invention relates to a mobile support for removable or adjustable shelves or partitions, said support cooperating with a profile.

We know the use of profiles provided with perforations with which cooperate stop lugs supporting shelves. This known system has the drawback of requiring special, therefore expensive profiles, which are unsightly and often have very low mechanical strength, due to the perforations which they present. In addition, the tabs are generally simply mounted overhanging in the orifice, which loads the profile and does not ensure sufficient holding of the tablet. In addition, this type of profiles and cleats lends itself poorly to the installation of partitions. Finally, the possible settings are discontinuous.

It has also been proposed to replace the profiles with tensioned cables on which various types of supports can slide, which can be held by a needle screw tightened on the respective cable. Such an assembly, if it allows continuous adjustment, has the drawback of a difficulty in installing the cables. In addition, tightening by needle screw does not allow a high load and causes wear of the cables.

The invention aims to provide a new support of the previous type which can be set up on very diverse profiles which are not perforated, which can be adjusted, mounted and dismounted without intervention on the supports of other shelves of the same set.

To this end, the support according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises two symmetrical pieces each comprising a support bracket for the shelf or the partition and, on the face opposite to said bracket, a groove with a cross section U shape arranged laterally, the two parts being joined by at least one self-tightening screw orthogonal to said grooves.

The two parts can easily be loosened by partially unscrewing the screw, which makes it possible to adjust the height or dismantle the support. The grooves form two claws engaged at the quarry of a profile, or of a portion of profile, the cross section of which corresponds to that of the space delimited by the grooves of the two parts when they are tightened.

Preferably, each of the parts carries half of a groove for fixing a shelf or a partition, said groove including said support brackets.

In the case of a shelf, each part carries a complete groove orthogonal to the U-shaped grooves on the opposite face of the parts, one of the faces of said complete groove forming said support bracket.

In the case of a partition, the support bracket is parallel to the U-shaped groove, the meeting of the two parts providing a support groove formed by the two brackets.

According to a preferred embodiment, at least one support bracket has a through thread in which is screwed a screw terminated by a flexible support finger, for example of ebonite. The finger allows the shelf or partition to be tightened without risk of damage to the partition or shelf.

The support according to 1 invention comprises two symmetrical parts 1 and 2 intended to be able to slide relative to a profile 3 and to be fixed together on this. The pieces 1, 2 are crossed by a self-tightening screw 4 orthogonal to the profile 3. Each piece 1, 2 has a groove 5, 6 with a U-shaped section, the grooves 5, 6 delimiting between them a space with rectangular section corresponding to the section of the profile 3, the grooves 5, 6 being parallel to the profile 3. Each part 1, 2 further comprises, on its face opposite to the groove 5, 6, respectively, a support bracket 7, 8.

In the embodiment of Figure 1, the support 1, 2 is intended for fixing a shelf or shelf (not shown) resting on the brackets 7, 8. In order to embed the shelf or shelf, this form embodiment provides that the support brackets 7, 8 form part of a groove 9 formed in the parts 1, 2. In addition, each bracket 7, 8 is crossed by a screw 10, it with ebonite tip, which ensures tightening the shelf or tablet without damaging it.

In the embodiment shown in Figure 2, the support 1, 2 is intended to receive a vertical partition.

In this case, the support brackets 7, 8 are parallel to the profile 3 and form between them the groove 9 'for receiving a vertical partition (not shown). In this case, one can provide screws 12 with ebonite head only on the part 1, in order to ensure the tightening of the partition without risk of damage.

Parts 1 and 2 can be made of any suitable material such as metal, metal alloy, plastic, by any suitable process, for example machining or molding. The use of a self-tightening screw makes it possible to resist vibrations and / or temperature rises due to radiators, lights, etc.

The pieces 1, 2 can slide on different kinds of profiles, in addition to a profile 3 with a simple rectangular section, or a profile with a complex section such as that sold under the registered trademark "LEM-SYSTEME" and having a section formed by a square. central extended by four diagonal arrows at the four corners. The parts 1, 2 slide in the latter case on the outer edges of two adjacent arrows. Such a complex profile allows mounting of the supports 1, 2 in four orthogonal horizontal directions.

The profiles can be fixed to a partition, or mounted vertically on a floor and / or under a ceiling. The assembly can be fixed or mobile.

The shelves can be made of any material such as glass, wood, aluminum, etc.

Movable support for removable or adjustable shelves or partitions, said support cooperating with a profile, characterized in that it comprises two symmetrical parts (1, 2) each comprising a support bracket (7, 8) of the shelf or of the partition and, on the face opposite to said bracket (7, 8), a groove (5, 6) with U-shaped section arranged laterally, the two parts (1, 2) being joined by at least one self-tapping screw -serrante (4) orthogonal to said grooves (5, 6). 2.
