Abstract

A device according to the invention comprises, placed in a trench (3) and contained in a leaktight pocket (2), a wooden shell (1) defining a central space in communication with an axis hatch and surrounded with pigeonholes on the vertical walls. These pigeonholes are formed of shelves (16) and vertical partitions (15) constituting an internal framework.
