Abstract

The invention relates to the construction of a complementary volume of a dwelling, which has multiple uses, below the natural level of the ground with built-in sealing and insulation means and decompression pillars. The premises comprises a sealed shell made of synthetic sheet coated with PVC 1 with a polystyrene insulation 7 inserted between the shell 1 and the masonry volume 4, 5, 6.
