Abstract

This device is of the type intended to be fixed to the pot in a removable or movable manner and of the type comprising a means of fixing on the rim of said pot. According to the invention, it comprises a peripheral guide (11) which circumscribes at least in part the lateral wall of said pot (10) and a base (12) which is mounted slidingly on the guide (11) and comprises a means for supporting a stake (3) or the plant.

Claims

1 - Staking device for potted plant, of the type intended to be fixed to the pot in a removable or mobile manner and of the kind comprising a fixing means on the edge of said pot, characterized in that it comprises a peripheral guide (11, 31,51,61) circumscribing at least partially the side wall of said pot (10,30,50,60) and a base (12,32,52,62), slidingly mounted on the guide (11,31,51, 61), which includes means (14,34,54,64) for supporting a stake (3) or the plant.

2 - Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the guide (11,31,51,61) is arranged adjacent to the opening of the pot (10,30,50,60).

3 - Device according to claim 1 or claim 2, charac terized in that the guide (11,31,51,61) is arranged outside the pot (10,30,50,60).

4 - Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the guide (51,61) is attached to the pot (50,60).

5 - Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the guide (51,61) is constituted by a strap (55), engaged through a light (56) formed in the base (52,62) and tightened around the pot (50.60) thanks to appropriate means (57) which it comprises.

6 - Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the guide (11) is a female slide (15) and the base (12) comprises a male pad (16) intended to be engaged in the slide (15) and to allow the sliding of the base (12).

7 - Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the guide (31) is a male rail (35) and the base (32) comprises a female jaw (36) intended to be engaged around the rail and allow the sliding of the base (32).

8 - Device according to one of claims 6 or 7, characterized in that at least one (16a, 36a) of the parts of the shoe (16) or the jaw (36) engaged in the slide (15) or the rail (35) is mobile and associated, on the one hand, with an elastic means keeping it normally in position such that, with the other part which is complementary to it, it maintains the base (12,32) in the slide (15) or the rail (35) and, on the other hand, to a member (17,37) for its maneuver making it possible to move it by opposing the elastic means to erase it in order to allow the engagement of the pad (16) or jaw (36) in the slide (15) or around the rail (35), or their removal therefrom.
