La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de rendre étanche les connexions électriques placées à l'intérieur d'un boitier.- DESCRIPTION

Actuellement (fig 1) l'étanchéité se fait à l'aide d'un manchon thermorétractable (1) que l'on positionne sur l'arrière du boitier (2) après adjonction de colle (3) entre la partie fils électriques et à l'intérieur du manchon, le tout est chauffé à forte température. De par sa structure le manchon thermorétractable (1) se rétreint et assure l'étanchéité. La figure 2 représente le manchon après être chauffé. Malgré toutes précautions prises pour exécuter ce type d'étanchéité celle-ci n'est pas fiable à 100 % = mauvaise position des manchons thermorétractables sur les boitiers, insuffisance de colle sur les fils température de chauffe incorrecte, éclatement des manchons lors de chauffe trop élevée.
