Abstract

Town planning panel, consisting of two plates (1-2) between which there is a filling (3), of insulating material, the plates having in cross section two asymmetric surface sections (12-14) (22-24), arranged in distinct planes, and ending in extreme elbows (11-15) (21-25), in which closing joints (4-5) are placed, and having in longitudinal section, on their sides, a cavity (61) centered with "U" section with core orthogonal to the plates; said sides being hermetically closed by additional means.

Description

URBANISTIC PANEL

  The present invention relates to improvements

  in the construction of prefabricated panels.

  The panels are of the type constituted by two plates, generally metallic, between which a filling material is interposed, with

  thermal-acoustic insulating characteristics.

  The finish currently offered by known panels does not make them suitable for certain applications, where lightweight construction must offer a more perfect finish or at least a better aesthetic, for example

  in their urban planning applications.

  Figure 1 shows a general schematic view

  The town planning panel, according to the invention, is one which consists of individual plates (1), (2) generally metallic, between which there is a filling (3) of an insulating material, such as

  polyurethane or similar material.

  The plates are defined as follows: a) one of the plates (1) successively forms, from one end, and along the width of the panel, an extreme "U" bend (11), a planar section (12) of great width , a slightly inclined orthogonal section (13) (angle (a) relative to a vertical plane), a planar section (14) of smaller width than the planar section (12), an extreme "U" bend (15) ; b) the other plate (2) is shaped successively from one end and along the width of the panel, with a first extreme "U" bend (21), a flat section (22), an orthogonal section (23 ), a flat section (24), of greater width than the planar section (22),

an extreme "U" (25) elbow.

  The orthogonal section (23) is shaped with a large central loop (26) which receives end to end the end of the connection element of the panel of the figures with a

other identical.

  Laterally, the panel shown in Figures 3 and 4 has a cavity (61) of a U-shaped section which can be defined by: a) a false body (6) of an elastic material, for example rubber, added to the material filling (3),

  hermetically closing this area of the panel.

  The plates (1), (2) are extended at the front (FIG. 3) or up to the interior of the cavity (61) of the false body (6); b) the false body (6) is dispensed with (FIG. 4) and the closure is effected by a profile (6 ") which surrounds the two plates (1), (2) with its wings (611); c) in in particular with a view to reducing the cost price, it is possible to close it simply with a filling material which is applied laterally between the

  plates (1), (2) on the filling material (3).

  Between the said pairs of elbows (11) (21) and (15) (25), there are installed sealing joints (4), (5) arranged in different planes and at least one of them (5) accompanies on the front part the assembly edge of the panel in

  abutting against the adjoining panel to be assembled.

Claims (1)

  -1 Urban planning panel, composed of two plates (1) (2) between which there is a filling (3) made of an insulating material characterized in that: a) in cross section, one (1) of the plates has two sections (12-14) asymmetrical surface, arranged in separate planes interconnected by a third section (13) orthogonal surface slightly sloping, which ends in extreme bends (11-15): while the other plate (2 ) has two asymmetrical sections (22-24) opposite to those above, arranged in separate planes, interconnected by a third orthogonal surface section (23) provided with a central loop (26) also ending in extreme bends (21-25); b) in longitudinal section, it defines, on at least one of its sides, a cavity (61) centered in "U" section and a core orthogonal to the plates, said sides being hermetically closed by complementary means; c) between said pairs of elbows, closing seals (4-5) are installed which are arranged in different planes and at least one (5) of these accompanies the front edge of the panel assembly edge, coming to abut against the adjoining panel & assemble, -2 Urban planning panel, according to claim 1 characterized in that said hermetic lateral closure is constituted by a false body (6) backed, of plastic material, defining the centered section cavity in " U ", and is subject to the conformations of the plates, 4 - -3 Urban planning panel according to claim 2, characterized in that the conformations of the plates subjecting the false body are, for each plate, a bend in 'IL', accompanying the false body on the front, to reach the end of the wings of its centered cavity.   -4 Town planning panel according to claim 2, characterized in that the conformations of the plates which subject the false body (6) are, for each plate, a "U" bend accompanying the false body on the front part, including the corresponding wing of the centered cavity.   -5 Town planning panel, according to claim i, characterized in that said hermetic lateral closure consists of a sealing material covering said cavity and the rest of the wall, in reaching the plates.   -6 Town planning panel, according to claim ià characterized in that said hermetic lateral closure is constituted by a lateral cover covering said cavity and the rest of the wall, in fitting into the plates.
