DESCRIPTION
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de levage et manutention mu à bras pour téléviseurs
Tans le domaine de la réparation et maintenance, ces appareils sont
déplacés à la main, ce qui nécessite un éffort tres important à cause de leur poids et de leur volume .On connait des appareils de levage qui per -mettent de déplacer des charges, mais aucun ne peut prendre un téléviseur au sol et de le déposer sur un plan de travail. Le dispositif selon l'inven -tion permet de remédier à ce problème, il permet en éffet, de prendre au
sol les téléviseurs, de les lever, les charrier et les déposer sur une ta
ble ou éventuellement dans un véhicule approprié.Ses dimensions permettent
de franchir aisément des portes standard
Il comporte en éffet, un chassis horizontal (1)à trois côtés, composé
d'une traverse et de deux longerons, qui permet d'entourer les appareils
de face, supporté par quatre roulettes pivotantes (2) .Deux glissières
verticales (4) soztt fixées au milieu de la traverse et à l'interieur du
chassis afin de permettre le passage de la table de préhension (3) qui des -cend en butée sur le sol et monte au dessus d'un plan de travail de 85 cm
de hauteur ,guette table est tirée verticalement par un treuil manuel (5)
à blocage automatique, et une protection en mousse (11) est fixée sur sa
partie verticale.L'éffort pour l'utilisateur se trouve ainsi réduit à
tourner la manivelle du treuil, pour faire monter ou descendre la table à
la hauteur désirée. les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention :

-Ia figure 3représente en coupe ,la partie inférieure du dispositif
le chassis (1) est réalisé en tube acier carré de 3,5 cm ,longueur 100 cm
largeur 60 cm l'assemblage est réalisé par soudure. Il est supporté par
quatre roulettes pivotantes (2) de 10 cm de diamètre,sa hauteur au sol est
de 14 cm.Les glissières verticales (4) ainsi que la traverse supérieure
sont réalisées en acier U de 4 cm, leur longeur est de 117 cm, elles sont
espacées de 40 cm et soudées au centre du charriot à 2,5 cm du sol
La rigidité de l'assemblage est assurée par deux triangles en tôle
de C,3 cm d'épaisseur , 25 cl de hauteur et 10 cm delargeur soudées à ltar- -rière des glissières . La table (3) est réalisée en une seule partie, en
tôle de o,6 cm , pliée à 90 degrés ,sa partie horizontale mesure 40 cm de
large et 45 cm de long, sa partie verticale mesure 40 cm de large et 25 cm
de hauteur . Dieux cornières (6) de 3 cm de large et 25 cm de long ,sont
boulonnées au dos de la table et reçoivent chacune deux roulements à billes
(7) de 7,2 cm de diamètre. Les axes des roulements sont vissés à 1,5 cm du
bord supérieur et 3,5 cm du bord inférieur
Un tube acier carré de 2,5 cm de coté, et 45 cm de long est soudé horizontalement au dos des 6lissières,à 80 cm du sol pour fixer le treuil(5)
Une poulie (9) de 5 cm de diamètre est fixée sous la traverse des gli -ssières, elle est désaxée de 2,5 cm vers le treuil (5). h cable (8) de 0,5 cm de diamètre et 200 cm de long, est fixé au dos de la table (3) par un fer plat (10) plié à l'équerre de 0,8 cm d'épaisseur. Ce cable passe par la poulie (9) et vient s'enrouler sur le treuil manuel (5)
Un tube acier de 2,5 cm de diamètre et 100 cm de long est soudé horizon -talement au dos des glissières à 100 cm du sol . Il reçoit à ses extrémités deux poignées permettant de manoeuvrer le dispositif
Une protection en mousse (11) de 2 cm d'épaisseur est fixée en haut de
la partie verticale de la table (3), contre laquelle vient toucher le tube
cathodique du téléviseur pendant la manutention
