Abstract

The invention relates to devices for mechanical adjustment of the measurement range of refractometers, of the type including a cell (1), a prism (2), an incident-light source (3), a gun (barrel) (5) recovering the reflected rays (4), solidly attached, at one end, to the prism by means of a common support (6) and, opposite, at the other end, called the free end, with a light flux sensor (13). According to the invention, the said device includes a gun (5), made of elastic material, associated with a mechanical component (8) joining the said free end of the gun to the chassis (11) of the refractometer and causing, by adjustment of its length, the displacement, by bending of the body of the gun, of the said end with respect to its elastic rest position.
