Abstract

The device is distinguished by the fact that it comprises a bearing support 1 provided in its central part with a ring 1.4 which has, over a part of its thickness, lips 1.8 or tongues which are separated and cut out in order to permit the engagement by clipping of the profiled rear end 2.1 of the bracing shaft, and by the fact that the bracing shaft is notched or threaded and is provided over its length with a longitudinal recess 2.3, giving the shaft a horseshoe shape, and receives the nut-type ring 3 which in the form of a cap or a U 3.1 covering a cylindrical sector which is notched or threaded 3.2 and slotted 3.3 longitudinally and forms the nut part for fixing and anchoring with rapid adjustment on the connecting shaft.

Description

 The invention relates to an improved adjustable bracing device for supporting covering elements with respect to predetermined support planes.

 .The invention relates to the technical sector of equipment for the construction of facades, partitions and the like from plasterboard.

 There are already known many bracing devices capable of ensuring the adjustable positioning of plasterboard or other similar components to define partitions or interior walls with respect to an existing wall or facade.

 These devices generally include a support for support and fixing to the wall on which is adapted by screwing, a threaded spacer axis, a profiled sleeve forming a nut being adjustable in position on the axis. This socket is arranged on its sides with one or more transverse grooves to be fixed on a guide and connection rail. The latter is arranged on the rear and hidden part of the plasterboard or part of similar partitions to be fixed.

 The bracing device according to the invention is of a simple design, practical to implement, low cost and rapid assembly.

 According to a first characteristic, the adjustable bracing device for the support of covering elements with respect to predetermined support planes of the type comprising a fixing and support means or wall receiving a threaded connection axis forming a spacer receiving a nut ring, said ring being arranged on its sides with slots to allow its positioning and anchoring on profiled uprights on which are fixed planar elements, the device is remarkable in that it comprises a support support arranged in its central part with a ring having on a part of its thickness of the lips and separate and cut tabs allowing the engagement by clipping of the profiled rear end of the spacer axis, and in that the threaded spacer axis is arranged along its length with a longitudinal recess giving the axis a horseshoe shape and receives the nut ring arranged in the shape of a hat or in a U c oiffant a cylindrical sector threaded and split longitudinally capable of constituting the nut part for fixing and anchoring with quick adjustment on the connecting axis.

 These characteristics and others will emerge from the following description.

 Figure 2 is a plan view and in longitudinal section of the device after assembly and adaptation relative to a support plane.

 In order to make the object of the invention more concrete, it is now described in a nonlimiting manner illustrated in the figures of the drawings.

 The bracing device according to the invention is designed to allow rapid assembly-disassembly of its three constituent elements, namely a support support (1), a bracing pin (2) and a nut ring (3) capable to cooperate with a profiled upright (4) supporting the panel (5) or wall constituting the attached covering with regard to the support wall (6).

 The support support (1) is established in the form of a rhombus type parallelogram whose diagonals (1.1 - 1.2) meet in their middle by forming stiffening ribs (1.3) and bracing with a central ring cylindrical (1.4). This ring has in its upper part, a narrowing (1.5) over part of its depth with slots (1.6, 1.7) radial and leaving an opening (1.7) by defining tongues (1.8) or lips, thus giving it a certain elasticity of deformation to allow engagement by clipping of a shouldered finger (2.1) formed at the rear end of the spacer axis (2). As it appears in the drawings, said finger has a conical profile forming a ramp for authorize its engagement in the split ring, and it also forms at the rear a cylindrical seat (2.2) capable of coming into abutment bearing against the bottom of the ring.

 The connecting axis (2) is notched or threaded over its entire length and has a longitudinal recess (2.3) also established over its entire length, giving the axis a horseshoe shape. The nut ring (3) is thus arranged with a cap-shaped part (3.1) or in a U covering a notched or threaded cylindrical section (3.2) and split (3.3) longitudinally capable of constituting the nut ring part and positioning and fixing on the connecting axis (2). On either side of said section, the hat shape of the ring is extended by a lateral border (3.4) arranged with a transverse groove (3.5) thereby authorizing its fixing and positioning on the profiled upright on which the panels are fixed. . The nut ring thus produced is monoblock.

 Thus according to the invention the device is particularly easy to produce, assemble and store. The connecting pin can be snapped onto the support, while the nut ring can be inserted and engaged around the axis after a pre-positioning in length depending on the desired bracing length to be adjusted definitively by adjusting its position.

 To ensure the position of the nut ring on the axis, we take advantage of the respective longitudinal recesses. to ensure positioning.

 The various components are made of plastic materials and low cost.

-1- Adjustable bracing device for supporting covering elements with respect to pre-established support planes of the type comprising a fixing and support means or wall receiving a threaded connection axis forming a spacer receiving a ring nut, said ring being arranged on its sides with slots to allow its positioning and anchoring on the uprights on which are fixed planar elements, said device being characterized in that it comprises a support support (1) arranged in its central part with a ring (1.4) having on a part of its thickness lips (1.8) or separate and cut tabs allowing engagement by clipping of the profiled rear end (2.1) of the spacer axis, and in that the notched or threaded spacer axis is arranged along its length with a longitudinal recess (2.3) giving the axis a horseshoe shape and receives the nut ring (3) arranged in the form of a yoke or in a U (3.1) covering a cylindrical notched or threaded (3.2) and split (3.3) longitudinal sector capable of constituting the nut part for fixing and anchoring with quick adjustment on the connecting axis. -2- Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the support support (1) is of parallelogram shape defining a rhombus whose diagonals (1.1-1.2) meet in their middle by forming stiffening ribs (1.3) and bracing with the central part forming a ring (1.4), said ring having in its upper part a narrowing (1.5) over part of its depth with radial slots (1.6) by defining tongues or lips (1.8). -3- Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the nut ring (3) hat-shaped has lateral edges (3.4) on either side of the cylindrical section (3.2) and being arranged with a transverse groove (3.5) positioning and anchoring on the profiled upright.
