Abstract

Le détecteur de constituants volatils selon la présente invention comprend une plate-forme détectrice 7 qui porte un récipient à échantillon 11. La plate-forme détectrice comporte une cavité de support de récipient 9 qui permet la fixation du récipient à échantillon. La partie détectrice S' d'un capteur d'odeurs S fait saillie dans la cavité de support de récipient et pénètre dans le récipient à échantillon par l'ouverture 15 de celui-ci. Le détecteur de constituants volatils selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à être utilisé dans l'industrie alimentaire.
