Abstract

Procédé et machine de fabrication de serviettes entrelacées en forme de zigzag. Pour fabriquer des serviettes à pliage pair ou impair, pliées l'une dans l'autre en ne se recouvrant que partiellement, on utilise une machine à entrelacer 1, ayant deux rouleaux 45, 45' à plier à plat, tournant en sens inverse, ainsi qu'un dispositif 44 d'échelonnement. Sur des bandes 2, 3 de matériau en déplacement continu, on découpe des serviettes de même longueur, on les étire pour les mettre à distance et les amener à former une succession à même longueur réglable de recouvrement. Puis on plie en continu la succession, en forme de zigzag, pour obtenir une succession accumulée enfin en une pile 100. Application : fabrication de piles de serviettes à papier entrelacées (toilette, démaquillage, mouchoirs) pour distributeurs.
