Abstract

The invention relates to a device allowing by its implantation the removal of a vehicle from its sinking and the pulling of a load by a winching means, without there being a previously existing attachment point. It is constituted by pulling arms 2, 11 under which is connected a rake-spade 1 provided with teeth 8. When the user pulls the device horizontally by the attachment 12, the teeth of the rake-spade, which are inclined at 45 DEG , then penetrate into the ground. The device according to the invention is particularly intended to serve as an anchoring point.

Description

The present invention relates to a ground anchoring device allowing, for example, to get out of a sinking, in different cases of sand, snow, earth, a motor vehicle and to serve as a stable anchor point of traction for all work or operation, requiring a firm attachment in a moving environment.

The existing solutions currently for getting a vehicle out of a stagnation, by itself, are: the winch, the hard pull, the hoist; solutions which all require a point of attachment or anchorage, and, if this does not exist, the means of traction are ineffective.

The apparatus according to the invention provides a solution to the anchoring problem and a definite improvement to the stagnation problem.

This device allows for its originality to all motor vehicles depending on its weight compared to the model used to be autonomous in the event of stagnation.

Example: an automobile enters a place on a difficult and unstable ground, gets bogged down, the device being transported on board the vehicle, it being understood that the latter must necessarily be equipped with a means of pulling or pulling (winch , pulls hard, hoist, etc ...). The user will operate the device by placing it at a distance
X of the vehicle which it will be appropriate to appreciate, pricking the teeth of the device on the ground, this one by means of the traction will sink automatically until the optimum resistance necessary allowing then to pull and leave the vehicle . The invention thus provides autonomy and independence.

The apparatus (3) consists of two parts - with reference to the attached drawings, one which can be called rake-to-spade (1) intended to enter the ground perpendicular to the traction, the other called the traction arm (2) intended to draw the spade.

This one attacks the ground with an average angle 0 (of 450, which could possibly be modified according to the nature of the ground and adjusted in more or less than 100.

This device is metallic or synthetic. According to one embodiment, the spade rake consists of a tube (1) of square or rectangular section under which is welded a strong sheet (4) cut into points (8), at its base, each on about the 2/3 of the length of the defined teeth, and, formed in accordion- with folds (10) with an average angle (B) of 25 to 450, in order to give it rigidity. In addition, flat irons (9) drilled, forming yokes, are also welded on the side of the tube at the front thereof, allowing the passage of a cre (6) securing the rake to spade to the drilled draw arm. holes (5), allowing the apparatus to be folded around said axis (6) to reduce its bulk.

The traction arm (2) consists of a central tube and lateral arms (11) of square tube welded to the latter in a shape, for example Y, joining in one and on which is welded to the end (12) a ring so as to constitute a point of attachment.

The rear of the tubes is pierced with holes (5) allowing the passage of axes (6) connecting to the rake-spade. Are also welded to the arms (2) (11), behind the rake, stops (7) giving, depending on the position of their holding means (13), a variable working angle to the rake-to-spade.
