Abstract

The invention relates to a device making it possible to transport, autonomously and at a regulated temperature, tubes for specimens or medicaments already cooled to 4 DEG C, maintained electrically by the Peltier effect. It consists of a case 1 made in two parts, hinged together, and of a face forming a cover 2 enclosing an isothermal bell made in two parts 7 and 8. Sealing is performed by a diaphragm 10 defining cavities 9 for receiving the products to be transported. Refrigeration is obtained by a Peltier-effect module 5, the cold inner face of which is in contact with a heat exchanger 6. The hot face is in contact with a static radiator 4. The said module is supplied by batteries 12 regulated by a thermostat with probe 11. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for transporting medical products.
