Abstract

  The present invention relates to a dish washer

  equipped with a protection filter for the drainage pump

  ge which is able to be cleaned automatically during

the machine functionment.

  A machine of this type is described in the patent EU-A-0 150 478. In particular, this dishwasher comprises a washing tank provided with a mesh filter

  (which can be dismantled for periodical cleaning).

  Between the reel 6 and the filters 7, 8 are

  screen means which preferably comprise

  a disk-like wall 14, substantially

  connected to the plane of rotation of the reel 6 and which inter-

  cepte the water jet 11 only when it turns in

  the region of said fine mesh filter 7. In this way,

  the water jet 11, in which particles of

  cracks are in suspension, is substantially deflected

  during most of its course and no longer strikes

  the surface of the fine mesh filter 7,

  that the latter no longer presents the problems of

  partial clogging mentioned above. On the contrary, the

  King 14 is provided with an opening 15 (Figure 2) able to let the cleaning jet 11 to the right of the filter 8 of the pump protection, as indicated on
