The invention relates to a dishwasher with a lower and a upper spray arm and with a circulation pump for the circulation operation of the Rinsing water and a drain pump for sucking the rinsing water out of the Swamp in the bottom of the rinsing container in the suction mode, in which the swamp of the Soil is covered by a screen plate and in a first recess a coarse filter is inserted into the sieve plate, via which the drain pump is used the rinsing water is sucked off in the area of a second recess of the screening plate, the lower spray arm is rotatably mounted and this over the Circulation pump the rinse water is supplied from the sump.
A dishwasher of this type is known from EP 0 222 306 A1. The Sieve plate of this known dishwasher is designed as a fine filter and must be cleaned of the dirt that collects on it. To becomes part of the rinse water supplied to the lower spray arm as Reini sprayed around the fine filter, the dirt particles fed to the coarse filter and extracted from it in suction mode. However, the effect of the emerging from the lower spray arm Flushing water reduced. In addition, the lower spray is pivoted Poor not ensured that no rinsing water is lost in circulation goes. The lower spray arm is also not securely held in the pivot bearing and is not easy to replace.
As the US 3,375,836 shows, it is also known the bearing sleeve of the lower one Spray arm to insert into the pivot bearing and the exit of the lower one Spray arms due to friction with a coupling part in the lower basket couple. The coupling part is designed as an elastic bellows. The Rotary bearing with the integrated filter is complicated in structure and requires a number of components. In addition, the in the rotational position integrated filter for cleaning cannot be easily removed.
It is an object of the invention, he at the beginning of a dishwasher thought the lower spray arm with a simple construction of the pivot bearing removable and the fine filter can be easily replaced.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that in the second off the lower spray arm with one after bottom bearing sleeve is rotatably mounted that this bearing sleeve of the lower Spray arm is enclosed by a fine filter, which is held by the radial bearing is that the radial bearing is formed from two bearing shells, between which one Outer collar of the bearing sleeve is rotatably mounted that the lower spray arm turned bearing shell releasably in the associated recess of the screen plate is attached and that the filter housing on the lower spray arm face an outer waistband that extends over the lower spray arm turned bearing shell is releasably held in the screen plate.
With this design of the pivot bearing, which is only simple and easy to assemble rende components required, can be removed after removing the lower spray arm the fine filter can be easily removed from the rotary bearing for cleaning the.
Is provided according to a further embodiment that the bearing sleeve with the Outer collar in the radial bearing guided vertically adjustable and in circulation mode can be raised by the supplied rinse water and to couple the lower one Spray arm to a coupling section arranged in the lower crockery basket is provided, then the lower spray arm with the Coupling section coupled in the lower basket, so that the lower Ge Dish rack in the off position is easily removed from the rinsing container can be taken.
The vertical adjustability of the lower spray arm can be thereby limit that the bearing shell facing the lower spray arm in the lower spray arm facing away from the bearing shell is limited vertically adjustable.
Es zeigen:The invention is based on an embodiment shown in the drawings Example explained approximately. Show it:
Fig. 1 einen Teilschnitt im Bereich der Drehlagerung des unteren Sprüh armes mit der Umwälzpumpe im Umwälzbereich und Fig. 1 shows a partial section in the area of the pivot bearing of the lower spray arm with the circulation pump in the circulation area and
Fig. 2 shows the same partial section, but with the position of the valve element in the suction mode.
The partial section shows the sump 11 in the bottom of the washing container, which is covered by a screen plate 15 . A coarse filter 13 is inserted in a first recess of the screen plate 15 , to which the drain pump 12 is connected. From the drain pump 12 and the coarse filter 13 , a fine filter 7 is used in a second recess of the screen plate 15 , which consists of a filter housing 5 and a fine filter plate 9 attached to it. The fine filter 7 is divided into an upper inlet area 14 and a lower inlet area 16 . The filter housing 5 is cage-like, so that large inlet areas 14 and 16 are formed, which are separated from one another by a closed ring of the filter housing 5 . The Feinfil terblech 9 covers the upper inlet area 14 . The fine filter 7 is attached to a dome in the bottom of the sump 11 . The electric motor 4 of the circulation pump 1 is fastened on the outside of the dome. The upper end face of the fine filter 7 carries an outer collar 21 which is held between a lower bearing shell 17 and the screen plate 15 . In the lower bearing shell 17 , an upper bearing shell 18 can be adjusted vertically upwards. Between the two bearing shells 17 and 18 , an outer collar 20 of a bearing sleeve 2 of the lower spray arm 8 is rotatably mounted. The bearing sleeve 2 is integrally formed on the lower spray arm 8 and extends over the upper inlet region 14 of the fine filter 7 . Below the bearing sleeve 2 , a valve element 6 is vertically adjustable in the fine filter 7 . The valve element 6 is plate-shaped, the concave side facing the lower spray arm 8 . The valve element 6 has a central bore, the diameter of which is larger than the pump unit 1 projecting into the bearing sleeve 2 , but smaller than the outer diameter of the sleeve 2 . A bellows 22 seals the transition between the pump unit 1 and the sump 11 .
As shown in FIG. 1, rinsing water is sucked out of the sump 11 in the circulating mode. The flow of the rinse water is indicated by arrows. The valve element 6 is raised by the drawn-in rinsing water, the outer edge of the edge of the valve element 6 , which is aligned parallel to the adjustment direction, ensuring an untilted guidance when it is supported on the closed ring of the filter housing 5 .
The rinse water is partially sucked in and filtered through the fine filter plate 9 , while another part is conveyed unfiltered into the bearing sleeve 2 through the bypass opened via the lower inlet area 16 . The lower spray arm 8 is raised so that the outlet opening 24 of the lower spray arm 8 is coupled to the inlet opening 25 of a coupling section 3 , which is arranged in the lower crockery basket 40 and creates a tight supply for the rinse water to the upper spray arm. The coupling section 3 can also be stored vertically adjustable limited ge in the lower crockery basket 40 , so that it is also vertically adjusted and coupled with its outlet opening to the inlet opening of the upper spray arm, not shown.
The pump unit 1 does not need its own pump housing and brings a vortex in the rinse water, the direction of rotation of which corresponds to the directions of rotation of the spray arms, which are predetermined by the Segner drive of the same.
If the upper bearing shell 18 is removed, then, as the hand lever 23 indicates, the connection between the lower bearing shell 17 and the collar 21 of the fine filter 7 to the screen plate 15 can be removed. The lower spray arm 8 and the fine filter 7 can then be removed from the machine, cleaned and possibly replaced.
In the circulating mode, the rinsing water is not whirled up in the area of the coarse filter 13 and the drain pump, so that here a calm water area arises, in which the dirt parts can settle.
If the drain pump 12 is switched on during suction operation, the rinse water is drained from the sump 11 . During the suction operation, the circulation pump 4 can be operated at least briefly in the opposite direction of rotation. The pump unit 1 sucks the rinse water from the spray arms and the bearing sleeve 2 , as can be seen in FIG. 2.
The valve element 6 is adjusted downwards until it hits the sump 11 and closes the lower inlet area 16 . The back-flushed rinsing water must pass through the fine filter plate 9 in the upper inlet area 14 , whereby it pushes off the dirt adhering to the outside and feeds it to the drain via the coarse filter 13 and the drain pump 12 . The lower spray arm 8 and optionally the coupling section 3 are brought into their unte ren starting positions, so that the lower basket 40 can be pulled out of the washing container after the suction operation. With the suction operation, an automatic cleaning of the fine filter 7 is connected, which renders frequent removal of the same unnecessary.
