Abstract

Device for closing an emptying door, articulated at its top part, for a tipping skip carried by a road vehicle. It consists of a plate 9 placed at the lower part of the skip 1 and tipping between a locking position in which it holds the emptying door 2 closed and an opening position in which it acts as a pouring ramp, the requisite signalling lights 8 and the number plate 12 of the vehicle carrying the skip 1 being suspended rigidly from the plate 9.
