Abstract

Dispositif de commande pour le nettoyage pneumatique des filtres comportant une vanne agencée dans un réservoir d'air comprimé et constitué par un clapet qui peut être appliqué sur l'extrémité d'un tube qui pénètre dans le réservoir et qui est relié à des moyens d'injection pour couper la communication entre le réservoir et lesdits moyens d'injection et qui peut en être écarté pour rétablir cette communication. Pour pouvoir créer avec un tel dispositif des ondes de pression à front raide, de courte durée et à fréquence élevée, réduire la différence entre la pression dans le réservoir et la pression utile et diminuer l'usure de l'élément mobile de la vanne, le clapet est constitué par une boule 2 montée avec jeu dans un cylindre 3 qui est disposé coaxialement audit tube 5, à l'écart de celui-ci, et dont l'extrémité la plus éloignée du tube comporte un siège annulaire 8 dont l'ouverture centrale 7 fait communiquer l'intérieur dudit cylindre avec une vanne pilote 1 qui permet de relier ledit cylindre soit à une source d'air comprimé, soit à l'atmosphère.
