Abstract

Le procédé selon l'invention est mis en îoeuvre sur un compost ensemencé de mycélium et recouvert d'une couche formée d'un matériau apte à favoriser la fructification du mycélium. Il se caractérise en ce qu'il consiste à réaliser la couche 3 recouvrant le compost 2 avec une matière à texture aérée que l'on applique intimement contre le compost et que l'on maintient suffisamment humide pour permettre aux champignons de se développer normalement sur sa surface. De préférence, la matière à texture aérée est une matière fibreuse. Application à la culture des champignons de Paris. (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI)
