Abstract

Watch or alarm clock with mechanical or quartz clockwork movement. It comprises a disc 3 which carries the signs of the zodiac, the latter being selectable by rotation of the said disc with respect to a fixed reference position constituted by an opening or hatch in the dial or by a mark or index in the watch or alarm clock glass. It is thus possible to customise the watch or alarm clock containing such a device.

L'invention a pour objet une pièce d'horlogerie comme une montre, un réveil-matin ou analogue à mouvement mécanique ou à quartz, comportant des signes du zodiaque. Pour la simplification de l'exposé, on convient de désigner dans ce qui suit par le terme de montre tout dispositif ou pièce d'horlogerie du type montre, réveil, ou analogue. On sait que de nombreuses montres fournissent non seulement une indication d'heures, de minutes et de secondes mais également d'autres informations liées au temps qui s'écoule. Claims

1. Watch or alarm clock with mechanical clockwork or quartz movement, characterized in that it comprises a disc (3) which carries the signs of the zodiac which can be chosen by rotation of said disc relative to a fixed reference position constituted by an opening or window on the dial or by a mark or index on the watch glass or alarm clock.

Watch or alarm clock according to claim 1, characterized in that the signs of the zodiac (5) carried on the disc (3) can be selected by rotation of said disc, said rotation being obtained by the movement of the winding shaft of the watch or alarm clock in the fast manual advance position, and when the movement of the watch or alarm clock is of the drive type of the disks relating to the dates of the month, day of the week or lunar phases, by withdrawing from said movement the mechanism automatic daily advance of these discs.

3. Watch or alarm clock according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotation of the disc (3) carrying the signs (5) of the zodiac is obtained by actuation of a pusher or a lever which acts directly on the disc.

4. Watch or alarm clock according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotation of the disc (3) carrying the signs (5) of the zodiac is obtained by direct and manual actuation of the disc (3).
