Abstract

Multi-purpose barbecue. The invention relates to a barbecue which can be completely dismantled being of advantage in that it can be used outdoors as well as in a fireplace. It consists of a central support 1 having stabilising legs 5, a counterweight 6 for balancing the assembly, three support arms 2, 3, 4 and three support arms 7, 8, 9 which pivot around the central support 1 and are adjustable in height. The three support arms 7, 8, 9 receive a skewer support 10 having a roasting jack 12, which is either operated manually or by a battery-driven motor, a vegetable and grill basket 13, and a tray for the coals 14, held by a leg 15.
