Abstract

The pan (1) containing the charcoal has a cinder box (3) and a draught regulator (8) underneath. It is fixed to a sleeve (10), adjustable telescopically (13, 14) on a spike pushed in the ground. On one side of the pan is a vertical support spindle (5), located in a collar (15) and tightened by a screw (16). This spindle is used for positioning several grills (6), each mounted as a cantilever and adjustable (17, 18) for height. They can be swung aside, away from the fire, for loading or unloading using a handle (19). A wind break (2) is supplied and the spindle can be replaced by supports for holding rotating spits.
