Abstract

The all-purpose grill and barbecue spit can be adjusted for many types of cooking. The grill consists of a flat iron base, for stability, through which passes a flat bar serving as a spit rack which can be locked in position by winged bolts. Staggered bars place the grill or spits at adjustable heights, so that they can rotate. The base, rack support and rack fit into a box for transport.
