Abstract

The device making it possible, by superimposing layers of fabric, to obtain a mat with a view to cutting them to a desired length and in a rapid manner is embodied in that it consists of a winding plate rotating on a spindle, the size of the plate corresponding to the desired fabric surface area, and an unwinding device directed towards a fixed direction, passing over a table before winding on a plate by three rollers in order to stretch and check the fabric so as to locate any possible defects, and in addition, enabling the boards to be wound as many times as is necessary. Once the fabric is wound, a guide on the board makes it possible, with a single straight transverse cut, to cut the fabric, that is to say in a single action.

The present invention relates to a device allowing the superimposition of fabrics to obtain a mattress for their cut to desired length quickly.

 I1 is composed of a winding plate rotating on an axis, a plate of size corresponding to the desired surface of the fabric, and an unwinding device directed in a fixed direction by passing over a table before winding and by three rollers for obtain a tension and the checking of the fabric in order to detect the possible defects, and in addition allowing the wound up of the boards as many times as it is necessary. The fabric once wound, a guide on the board allows with a single cross section in a straight line to slice the fabric; or a single maneuver.

 This set is especially useful when it comes to simple surfaces to be used as is or to obtain mattresses to be detailed later in various melon lee cutouts desired models.

 The entire cutting device comprises: the table with the ends provided with tubes for unwinding the fabrics and for slowing their unwinding, and at one end of the table is a device for receiving the winding board with its axis as well as 'a guide to direct the cut.

With reference to these drawings, the device consists of a table (1) supporting an external non-component (1a) which receives the roll of tissue @ to be cut. Claims (5)

Concretized in that it consists of a roll-up tray or torment on an axis, size tray corresponding to the desired surface area of the fabric, and an unwinding slide directed in a fixed direction by passing over a table before winding on a tray by three rollers to obtain tension and verification of the fabric in order to detect any defects, and in addition allowing the winding of the boards as many times as necessary. The fabric once wound, a guide on the board allows with a single cross-cut in straight league to slice the fabric either in a single maneuver.
