Abstract

Device for archiving and transporting documents. The invention relates to a device for the transporting and archiving, without the risk of damage to or mixing of, documents both flat and rolled in separate compartments integrated into a common structure. The device consists of a tube having two detachable closing caps, which tube when introduced into a housing comprising two guides, serves as a carrying handle for holding the whole object. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the archiving and simultaneous transporting of flat and rolled documents, documents used in the graphic art industry and the stationery industry.

Description

DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a device for filing and transporting flat documents at the same time as rolled documents and small accessories.

The archiving and the cumulative transport of these different elements is traditionally carried out in different and separate containers which are not interconnected, which obliges the user to adopt two classification systems and to burden themselves with two objects for transport.

The device according to the invention overcomes this drawback. It in fact comprises two compartments (1,4), one parallelepiped (4) and comprising two guides (2,3) intended to receive a second container in the form of a tube (1). This tube, once positioned, acts as a carrying handle (5) and supports and distributes the load unilaterally.

 The whole constitutes surface plans (A, A ') which allow unt: paletisat, a horizontal without overhang and a vertical storage on shelves (case of several devices). The four outer faces (6, 9, 10 and 11) of the housing (4) have an edge (12) equal to the edge (13) lateral to the faces (14 and 15) of the guides (2 and 3).

Belon different versions, the tube can be optionally provided with simple tips (21 and 22) or tips incorporating a pencil sharpener with dust receptacle (25) or a tip in standard dye cup (21 , 24). The tube can also include an interior partition (<3) which is removable and displaceable at the option of the user in order to have two separate storage compartments (26 and 27) in the tube.

The housing (4) has an opening hatch (7) blocked by a tongue (8). This tongue is provided with a velcro type fixing point on its inner face coming into contact with the chunky (7).

The device can be made of cardboard or plastic by cutting, folding and mounting by gluing or welding the same sheet or semi-rigid plate. It can also be produced by injection and assembly of the various elements.

Figure 1 shows the device seen from three quarters in vertical transport position, the tube (1) being fitted and the opening hatch (7) closed according to the invention.

FIG. 2 shows the device according to the invention in the unfolded position and takes up the forms of cutting and folding made during manufacture and corresponds to the plane of the tool.

 Ia 3 shows the device according to the invention, seen in section, closing hatch (7) open, the tube (1) being end-piece in the guides (2 and 3) of the shoemaker - (4) and the folds (18 and 19) ready to come and fit at the bottom (20) of the shoemaker (4).

FIG. 4 represents a variant concerning the ends of the tube (1) of the device according to the invention. The one end piece (21) has a case (2>) of dimensions smaller than the tube and this case is intended to act as a liquid cup when it is removed the other end piece (22) has a case case (2 <) incorporating a pencil sharpener which pours its waste into this same box.

FIG. 5 represents the palletizing shema according to the invention, of several devices.

The device represented in FIG. 1 comprises a hollow tube (1) having dimensions of the order of 30 millimeters in internal diameter and 700 millimeters in length.

The device also includes a case (4) having external dimensions of 700x 600x35 millimeters. This comprises in its upper part two guides (2 and 3) intended to receive the tube (1) and comprises a hatch (7) opening blocked by a tongue (8).

Claims (9)

1) Device for filing and transporting documents flat at the same time as rolled documents and small accessories without the transported assembly deteriorating and mixing, having a removable hollow tube (1) closed at both ends by two removable ends (21 and 22) and intended to receive the rolled documents as well as the small accessories. This tube is introduced into two guides (2 and 3) of a shoemaker (4), shoemaker intended to contain the flat documents. It is immobilized by the guides (2 and 3) and constitutes in the space between the two guides, a carrying handle (5). 2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that when the tube is fitted into the two guides and when the housing (4) is loaded by the weight of its contents, the tube exerts support of the assembly by linear distribution of the load over the entire length of the flange (6) and acts as a handle (5) * 3) Device according to any one of claims (1et2) characterized in that the assembly of the shoemaker (4) and the two guides (2 and 3) is made in a single piece folded and cut according to the layout of Figure 2 . 4) Device according to claims I and 3 characterized in that the boot (4) has an opening hatch (7) blocked by a tongue (8). the tongue is provided with a velcro type fixing point on its underside coming into contact with the hatch (7). 5) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the housing (47 has 4 outer faces (6,9,10,11) rigid whose edge (12) is equal to the edge (13) lateral faces (14 and 15) guides (2 and 3) in order to constitute a surface plane (16) intended to receive without a cantilever, a second device. 6) Device according to claims 4 and 5 characterized in that the opening hatch (7) has in its three ends, three folds (17,18,19) coming to rest in the closed position of the hatch, against the faces interiors (5,9 and 11) of the shoemaker and in abutment against the interior face (20) of the shoemaker. 7) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the tube (1) may or may not have a partition (26) movable at will over the entire interior length of the tube in order to constitute two separate compartments.  (and 27). 8) Device according to claim I characterized in that the end piece (21) comprises a case (24) of dimension smaller than the tube t1) and intended to act as a liquid cup when it is removed. 9) Device according to claims 1 and 8 characterized in that the end piece (22) comprises a housing (25) incorporating a pencil sharpener which tips its falls in this same housing (25).
